The gardens. The staff.
Felt nickeled and dimed. Paying for parking is ridiculous. Paid for breakfast included and was told only one member (we had a family room for 3) got breakfast in the package.

We stay here frequently when we’re in the area both of our daughters go to school nearby. Very clean comfortable property with good amenities. This was my first chance to swim in the pool and it was wonderful.

Nice, clean and value for money stay in Napa Valley. Stay was very comfortable, restaurant was decent too. Room was very spacious with a large attached washroom. Napa Valley can be expensive so a great place to say which is also a bit easier on the pocket.
Was a bit far (~30 mins drive) from some of the famous wineries in Napa region, but we didn’t mind as the drive itself was quite beautiful.

We have been coming there for awhile and I believe this was our last time, so not much in this trip.
The rooms are seriously in need of some TLC, they were on the dirty side of things! The parking lot was closed next to our room for parking spot painting and then some guy shows up with white spray paint and a construction upside down paint gun to stripe them, the finish product was awe full, someone should check it out, you know your parking lot is the first impression someone gets to your place of business, anyways it all made sense after seeing that because the place has really gone down hill and we will not be back.

We love the facility and the pool area and the facility is always clean. Easy On and off. access to the freeway.

The location was great and my room was clean. I also liked how spacious the room was.
I was very unhappy with the 17.00 parking fee and I felt the 60.00 wine in the room was overpriced and unnecessary.

Grounds and amenities
Pool is too small and should open earlier for people to swim without all the kids in the pool.
Shouldn’t have to pay parking- plenty grounds w/o extra charge.

the pool and hot tub are great for families!
check in says 3:00pm but it’s not till 4:00pm This makes it hard for families traveling from out of state. it’s also very outdated, the rooms and the tv mostly. There is no microwave in the rooms, the community microwave barely works, the AC barely works as well.

The room was decent sized and had a jacuzzi tub.
I spent the night before my wedding here with my sister, at check in I asked specifically to have the room cleaned before the next night. When my new husband and I got to the room the following night the room had not been cleaned. I was incredibly disappointed with the hotel. The staff member who checked us out did not even offer an apology or a discount.

Beautiful Pool and hot tub area. The pool was nice and warm. The bar was fun to hang out at before heading to the Casino

Everything, no room cleaning, no fresh towels, no bed fixing and on top of it $16 / night parking.
Cheap ownership, greedy, no service, LAST TIME I STAY, I USED TO LOVE THIS HOTEL UNTIL THE EXCUSE OF COVID-19, THEY LOST A REPREATED CUSTOMER!!

the room was very far and I asked for a room near to the elevator because my husband is handicapped, people next to our room were noise until 3 am had to call front desk

when I checked in I told them we needed late checkout dut to photographers coming for pre wedding photos and we would be out by 1pm They said no problem. The next mid morning about 12:30 they pounded on my room demanding me the bride and my group to leave, but not the groom my now husband. Also we had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to no heater, no one offered to help with bags.
