The person who checked me in was friendly and helpful.

It was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen! Even the walls and light switches were filthy.

Booked and paid for a room with a King sized bed, apparently this hotel doesn’t even have King sized beds according to the front desk lady. Ended up with 2 little worn out beds. Not very happy about the whole deal, would’ve booked elsewhere had I known

We did not have any towels when we arrived at our room. Place was poorly maintained and didn't seem clean. We contacted the staff and they did bring us towels.

I liked the breakfasts in the restaurant near the place.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room was full of flies when I arrived. I noticed that the door strips were broken, allowing flies to enter from the bottom side of the door. I had to stuff a towel between the door and the sill, and it took quite a while to get rid of all the flies. Additionally, I don't believe the bed sheets were newly washed, which added to the discomfort of my stay. Overall, the room condition was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Great value, convenient location.

The place was clean and had the basics for a nights rest. Unfortunately there was 1 towel for the two of us, no hair dryer, lights did not work, no wastebasket and breakfast was not complete

The night staff had a little party right outside of my room and was grilling. The smoke filtered into my room. Had to tell them to be quiet at midnight.

It was ok for one night when transiting to another location. No refrigerator in the room and ice machine broken.

It’s was so much dirty inside the room, they should give us free breakfast but it was lie no breakfast very bad costumer service, we didn’t sleep hole night because room and sheet was dirty

The room was VERY dated and dirty. The bed was broken, and there were bugs in the bathtub. Not a place i would feel safe bringing my kids as there was some very sketchy activities outside.

Overall the front desk was nice and the room was clean. Has some cosmetic needs but for the price was worth it.

Bathroom was dirty Fridge still had stuff in it from last person who stayed there wi do did not work

The room smelled so bad. The walls, floor, bathroom, windows, mattresses were all filthy. The outside was just as dirty. It does not look like they care enough about this hotel or the staff they hired does not know what the hell to do. Pass on this place.

Rooms recently remodeled, nice touches.

The lady that checked us in was nice, but that was the only positive about this hotel. I'm sorry, but I would never stay here again, and would not recommend this property to anyone!

Everything was fine.

Bed was horrible, ac was loud, tub was disgusting, floors too. Save your money and keep driving.

The place was dirty. The complimentary breakfast was disgusting. The staff was annoyed when we asked for an extra pillow

needs to be remodeled badly. room was extremely small and cramped, no security lock on door, had to force deadbolt to move,when locked the door frame pulled into room by about an inch would not keep anyone out. no Kleenex in room was told by management that they don't put Kleenex in rooms only one cup to make coffee even though two people in room save your money and go elsewhere.

Toilet flush handle fell off. No TV REMOTE. Wet floor. Beds to soft.

We could see light all around the edges of the door.

Very clean. Updated bathroom. The beds are a little hard and the linens are worn, but serviceable.

Busy area, just off the interstate; many types of dining choices are available nearby. Walkable.

The room was dirty. When I left, I accidently left a few things in the room. I went back to get them. Supposedly, Nothing had been turned into office and they would not let me go and look in the room. This means the staff took my things and lied about it.

The place was not very clean. The mirror had been wiped with a dirty rag so was cloudy.. The faucet was grimy. The shower floor not clean. The floor was Very dirty.(probably swept but never had been mopped) I used rags and had to clean. Bathroom and floor The sheets were stained so the staff replaced them. The mattress was small and lumpy. The towel bar mangled. Someone spilled ranch dressing in hallway and staff walked around it rather than clean it

The property is old and outdated, but we knew that going into it. It was just very expensive because the weekend was over the bucking horse sale. The breakfast special next-door was a good service. Beds are old, bathrooms are old, but if you just need sleep, it’ll do.

The floors in rooms were very dirty. Brown marks down back of bathroom doora. They charged ober 200.00 a night the housekeepers never even emptied garbages or removed dirty towels and replaced them. If you needed towels you had to go to office and ask for them. Seems like for the price they could mop the floors, empty garbage and give you fresh towels. I do not plan on staying there on my next trip to Miles City.

Run down hotel, not much to offer. Pillows are flat and the mattress is wore out

They did not have the reseved.They were only Sheets on the bed I ask for blankets they never brought them.So i left didnt use the room at all and the refused to return any of my money.Horable experience. And this is a old motel 6 very dirty on the out side look treable.For over 200.00 hundered a night.dont stay at this motel.lot of people and bikers hanging around i did not feel safe.And whats up with no blanket on the bed.are you soupost to bring your own.This is in Montana it not that warm
