Awesome place. So roomy and comfortable. Clean and super easy to check in.

I chose this accommodation to avoid the big box hotels in a high traffic area. The room was as shown. The bed was comfy. There was a large choice of pillows. The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed.
There are three things I will offer. 1. The kitchen ha the basic items, but you need to supply your own coffee sweetener, and if you drink tea, bring that too. 2. The shower head could use to put out a bit more pressure/volume. No bad, but not great. If you like a hot shower, you need to let it run several minutes to bring the hot water up. 3. There is some activity that seems to happen about 7am and 7pm where you'll enjoy some music for about an hour; like aerobics class.
I will definitely stay again when in the area.

This place is a gem! Spacious, beautifully appointed and secure. The small fireplace in the corner ( gas) was lovely and appreciated. Check in was simple and our host answered two questions I had almost instantly. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, and great downtown location. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. Beautiful glass shower but the orange mildew and soap scum all around the perimeter ruined it all for me. It had obviously not been scrubbed down for quite some time. There also was a used q-tip behind the garbage in the bathroom.

The room was amazing and super clean and was super nice for how much it cost!!! Definitely will be coming back here!! Sad that I couldn’t give more then 5 stars cause it deserves more!!!

Great place to stay if passing through or visiting the Miles City area. Communication before my stay was excellent and the hotel recommended a dinner spot that was a fantastic suggestion. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and will definitely make this my go to hotel when passing through this area.

I just stopped here while driving through Montana and I'm definitely going to come back again to visit and stay here because it was so nice. I would have loved to stayed longer!

Glad I read reviews to ignore outside of property as we arrived late at night and in the dark and having never even been to Miles City before it could have seemed pretty sketch. But instructions texted were very helpful and The room was a hidden surprise! So cool!!! Large, loved the decor. Will definitely recommend and will stay again!
Only suggestions would be to include a couple wash clothes & a few more towels and iron/ironing board.

This building is being remodeled. There is no security. Anyone off street could enter this building at night. We did not feel safe. Went to sleep inn instead. City Building codes needs to be notified of this operation.
The room was not clean. Bathroom trash not emptied. Toilet seat was dirty.

We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite and it was exactly as pictured. It was super clean and new, the bed was very comfortable, and the decor was very nice. Don't be dismayed by the hallway leading up to the room. It's under renovations still and has "old building" smell. Also, I was thankful that someone else stated in a review that the code to get into the room would be sent at 3 PM the day of check-in. The code was texted to me promptly at 3PM, along with other info. There is no front desk or person on-site, so if that is something that matters to you, that is a consideration. It didn't bother us. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful room at first glance. However, many areas were unfinished. Looks like construction not quite finished. It really was beautifully presented and comfortable. Would rate it a 5 when construction completed.

The suite is located in an old but historic building. Don’t put off by the entrance. The room was quite spacious and well appointed.

This place is under renovation according to the individual who texted me after I texted that we could not stay there. It was a dump. The pictures look nothing like the place itself.

The room was amazingly large and very comfortable. Just a couple of things that I thought might need to be looked at. The bathroom sink area needed a small trash can underneath the counter and the soap dispenser had dried soap on the outside of the bottle.
One helpful hint to Hotels.com would be to state that a code to get into the room would be provided by 3pm on the first date of occupation. That was confusing and we had to contact the property manager to figure that out.
The property manager was great to work with. Very courteous. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was unreal! Wish there was a place to put garbage ones everything was full at in the room. But overall rooms are great excited to see what the place would look like once the hole building is finish.

We enjoyed the property, the unique decor, and the rustic finishes. Well located, within walking distance of downtown. Beds were fantastic.
Task lighting over the coffee bar would improve that corner as guests prepare snacks, drinks, and coffee but it definitely isn't a deterrent to staying in this suite.
We will definitely search availability at Eaglescape before settling for other accomodations.

Great room! They have done a lot of work and put a lot of thought into it. Only thing missing was somewhere to hang my clothes up, but other than that I loved it and will book again. Well done!

This is an old YMCA building that is being renovated. They are doing a fantastic job with the suites. Very beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfortable
