manager very rude and not helpful. cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful but very overwhelmed with work and still was very friendly and helped as much as possible. rooms where old and need revamped and new management. water was only got manager blamed on the weather.air conditioning didn’t work and it was 120 degrees.no cold water and no ac not good. pay alittle xtra and stay at a better hotel.

All good. No stopper on bathtub so could only take shower. Not the best location and the exterior of the place left a little to be desired. The room itself was clean and functional. Bathtub/shower combo did not have a stopper so couldn’t take a bath.

The most disgusting and filthy place I have ever stayed. I used towels to wipe the floor and three towels were black with dirt. Pillows are yellow inside the pillowcases with hair on them. I asked Jay to make this right and I would leave and stay elsewhere and he said no. Luckily Expedia made it right as a one time courtesy and we left the property. NEVER AGAIN!! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I’ve stayed in budget friendly motels before, and I woulda toughed this one out, had it not been so bad, but when my grandsons fingers and knees were black with filth from crawling, we had to go!

Fridgerator did not work

Quiet, comfortable, TV worked. A/C was very strong. Liked the ice machine, it worked well.

It was nice and the staff was very nice

I had a decent stay. The towels were due to be replaced months ago. The sink kept backing up, and the pillows were not comfortable.

Nice place. Simple but affordable and convenient

I never write reviews…but I feel compelled since I ha e stayed here like 10-15 times. I either stay at the Nautical or here…depending on how my money situation. This place is a GREAT value! Owner is very responsive if there is a problem. My jetskis have always been ok parking overnight. If you are just hanging out at the lake…and coming back to sleep…this so the place!

It was not far from London Bridge

There pictures showed a breakfast. They did not have that. It was an ok place nothing great. It was a last minute stay and you get what you pay for

Comfortable beds

Our 1st room had long black hair in the bed. They gave us another room and there was hair on those bed sheets also. They gave us a 3rd room.

We found a black hard substance in our 1st room with bugs. When we asked for a new room, the clerk accused us of keeping the door open so bugs came in. This is not true as we were out all day

This is a great place to stay in Havasu if you’re bringing a boat . Plenty of boat parking in the parking lot . There’s also an outlet to charge your trolling motor batteries.

Im very careful about hotel reviews but i needed to make sure it was known. Never judge a book by its cover, the very rustic old timey run down look on the putside doesnt match the inside whatsoever. The rooms are tidy and clean, the bathrooms are a little on the smaller side, the rooms are a little more modern too with a fridge and microwave available. They helped with my request to have a lake side view without having to upgrade/spend more money. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming and funny, joked around with us which was needed after a rough 4hr drive from phoenix. Definitely coming back

Wonderful property

Motel was mostly empty but we were given a room immediately under one being renovated and they worked until 11:00 pm and then started making noise at 5;30am. No Kleenex-very stripped down accommodations.

Friendly service

We stayed here because it was close to town and the price of the room was discounted on line. It is an older hotel but we felt it was clean and we got a good nights rest. We only stayed one night cause we are on a road trip and we’re just passing through. Loved being close to London Bridge and it all the activity’

Sheets had stains and hair in them. Towels and wash clothes had hair on them. Someone that was clearly high out of there mind banging on our door at 2 am. When i told him he had the wrong room he went into the room next door. Lots of weird activity all night long poeple in and out of rooms.

This hotel has made many upgrades over the years I’ve been staying there such as replacing the carpet with tile. But it’s still an old run down place. The bed was really not comfortable but the shower was good

My room was very clean

My husband and I were in need of a room as we went through Lake Havasu City. We need to stay only one night. The motel is old and has no frills, but for our purposes it was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you judge a room by how well it is painted or has no dings, you may not like it. For us cleanliness, clean linens, a good bed and t.v. etc. work, then the room was ok for us for 1 night.

Rundown in need of some substantial repairs, had I known ahead of time, I would not have gotten a room here. As I pull in after getting something to eat police cars blocking the driveway , apparently arrest some individuals staying here.

The pictures that were shown online did not even come close to accurately representing the property. Not only this, but the whole place just felt sticky and gross. Also, the water in the tub was constantly running and the door barely locked. It made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Great place it's my 3rd time there

The motel has no drink water or coffee available, nor coffee machine. The sound proof is poor. I woke up at 3 am because the person on the 2nd floor was walking in the room and I could hear clearly every step he/she walked.
