Very classical Ibis hotel. What you see is what you get. Unfortunately swiss prices....

The room was comfortable but a little small but for the price it was adequate. Evening meals were limited to re-heated frozen foods which were adequate but there are several restaurant nearby in the city centre (10 minute walk) Parking is 8SF with plenty of space. Breakfast was basic but also adequate.

Not the best hotel going, but reasonably priced for Switzerland. Perfectly comfortable and clean for an overnight business stay. Would definitely stay again.

Very small room for 3 with no fridge, no kettle and no coin operated laundry

This was 100% OK for my trip and I am glad I didn't pay extra for a fancier hotel closer to the town centre. Staff were helpful and my room was perfect, so no complaints. There is a gym across the road, shops close by and a short walk to the office.

Hotel overall is good, only the toilet smelled a little funny

The staff was extremely friendly. Great food for breakfast and a late dinner option. The access from highway, to local shops and restaurants, and to tourist attractions was great!

It was a comfortable hotel, budget about 20 minutes from Zurich. Parking is $9euro/day. Rooms were a little worn but they gave us a small suite with bunk beds which was great for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this Ibis Hotel very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very central for the places we wanted to visit.

All the rooms are meant for two persons only. There is a folding chair in addition to the double bed. We stayed with our 11 year old daughter so they converted the chair into a twin (single) bed which totally blocked access to the closet. This forced us to keep the luggage in the walkway making access to washroom difficult. Further, this twin bed reduced the room space making it more cramped. The hotel staff were not at all helpful and listened to us only after we were persistent. They promised to bring their Manager the next day to look into the issue but no one visited us afterwards. They charged us for three persons when the room had capacity for two only. The services were terrible too. No glasses were provided to drink water. We had to go to reception or bring the glasses to our room every time we needed to drink water. We travel a lot but never had such a terrible experience. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay with kids.

The hotel was well placed, as Switzerland is always excellent for public transportation. The hotel was clean and tidy; the staff were friendly and efficient. There wasn't really much by way of facilities, tea and/or coffee making in the room would have been much better. That said this is reflected in the inexpensive nature of the hotel.

The hotel is generally acceptable, but the heating did not work (still in winter).
