Love this hotel! The room was Great. Loved it had a separate bedroom with a desk. The other bed had a TV. The spa bed was a nice surprise too. Breakfast was included and it’s right off the highway. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re passing through on our long road trip to or from PEI.

Room was clean, comfortable and enough room for us 4 adults. The service in the dining room the next morning spoiled our start to the day. We were barked at by the attendant for trying to serve ourselves. There was no attendant when we arrived for breakfast and the procedures were not explained. We let the manager of the hotel know and they apologized.

Great service and comfort in the room. Good room size, hot shower and lots of towels. Breakfast was a nice feature lacked some of the choice and quality I've experience at other hotels in this price range.

Our room was clean and spacious. I wish we were staying longer! One bed was separated by pocket doors from the other, so there was privacy. The one bed had a massage function and spa music. The breakfast was great and the staff was courteous.

Great place just off highway 20. Bery clean and room is particularly well appointed. Great breakfast set up as well. A great place to stay for a number of nights.

It was noisy and lots of loud people and no communication at the check in desk. I ain’t greeted or told they would be with me in a minute and no direction on where to stand.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful. We have a dog and she could stay with us too. Right off the highway so fast to get going in the morning.

went the extra mile for pet owners. room had dog bowls a dog bed and a treat for our dog. was very considerate. comfy beds. beautiful hotel. only drawback was the chain smoking couple sitting right outside the back entrance like it was their backyard

The suite was nice. A bit run down-wallpaper peeling at door, bed lumpy. Had the sleep spa on one bed-but no instructions so when it was pressed accidentally by my kids, there was no way to turn it off-it had to run through its program. Front lobby smelled like wet/dirty dog (*note: pet friendly hotel). The pictures online are deceiving- there is no hot tub, even though a picture looks like it has one. There is also not the same playground as in the pictures. We were excited to let our kids play on it after a long drive, only to find it was replaced by a plastic structure suitable for max age 3. Food was good. Workers there severed you the hot food-something that was unexpected.

We came in early and the staff was absolutely accommodating. Will and Jean-Luic were so helpful and nice. Very much appreciated. This was my second visit to this property and they did not disappoint. We will be back for sure.

Excellent hotel. Needed 1 night stop over from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Close to highway for easy access. Clean hotel, fresh!

Fantastic hotel just off the highway. Beautiful exterior and a wonderful interior. Room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again

The people in the room above us let their kid run up and down the room for three hours, so we could not sleep due to the noise.
Staff did nothing to help and we left the hotel to go stay someplace else.
Terrible experience - felt like we got ripped off.
