Restaurant next door garbage was piked up at 5:30 in the morning, very noisy. Other than that was quiet.

Nice place I will definitely be there another time

The inside was so clean, i like how they always have a cleaning service at the lobby all the time. Once we check-in, i saw a cleaner with the cart, cleanings the lobby, checking windows, tables, and at the main door. Thw room was so clean due to the bathroom. The front service was so nice and friendly with the smile and a little laugh because she asked if we wanted the second floors or fourth. We were thinking and mentioned about the view so yeah she was there joining our conversation. It was a great night.

This hotel beautiful, clean, staff was very nice, bed was comfortable. The only 2 things i can complain about (minor things) the mini fridge didnt work well and we couldnt get the fireplace to work..overall it was a very pleasant visit

Nice rooms. The ac was extremely loud. Great location. The pool was freezing! There was a hot tub that was more like bath water (unsure if it was supposed to be that way or if it was broke) that the kids played in instead. The other hot tubs were plenty warm.

We normally stay at another hotel when visiting the Dells. We wanted to upgrade this stay as the 4 hot tubs drew us to booking with the Hilton Garden Inn. When we arrive the check in personal was pleasant, offered us a room at the end of the 3rd floor to eliminate noise. She also noted, that continental breakfast was available to us and we could also order made to order for a price. We went up to our room and it appeared clean. We decided to head for town & do some shopping & site-seeing. Came back, got dressed and went over to the Embers Restaurant for our dinner. After dinner, we decided to go relax in the hot tubs after a long afternoon of walking around. 3 of the 4 hot tubs were NOT heated and none of the 4 had blowers that worked. The hot tubs were the reason why we booked this hotel. Very disappointing! The next morning, well getting up we noticed that a few of the sheets had dirt marks on them. Mind you, we were in the hot tub the night before & showered when we got back. Went down to get our free continental breakfast....Guess what, its not free. For what we paid, i'd rather pay $100.00 less and go to our tried & true hotel. Never will we go back there!

Perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable rooms

My husband and I stayed at a lot of hotels as we travel a lot. It seems that the breakfast that most hotels offer is included in the price which is great but it’s starting to feel like a stampede of hungry animals trying to get to the trough 😬 the breakfast at the Hilton came with a small fee but was made to order and delicious, we’ll worth the cost.

Great place, central to areas in the Dells. Plenty of restaurants close, downtown not too far. Property is clean, safe, up to date.

Arranged reservations through hotels.com could have sworn breakfast was included. When we arrived and tried to register, two credit cards were declined which caused me concern. The hotel personnel told me that they were having a problem with their system. Thank God I had my debit card with me! I called The card holders and they said they were never contacted. The housekeeper was very kind to give us extra towels or supplies if we needed them. They kept our room immaculate. Everything was very clean. Even the pool area and hot tubs. Friendly and courteous! Most enjoyable time!

Front desk called us at dawn to check whether we called them. Woke us up way too early for no reason.

Power blinds did not function. Toilet rocked when sat on. Dorr opened only after kicking it in. Check in staff were less than enthused. Very bare bones room. Not even extra toilet paper.

The staff and the bar were great! Easy to walk to a lot of fun restaurants and bars too!

It was a very well kept hotel with great staff and my room was huge for only $218.

The staff is extremely accommodating and will do what they say, from the phone staff to the front desk. I appreciate the ability to upgrade last minute. I only wish there was more parking available. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

The shower head was broken in the room i stayed in. Room 321. The price i paid was very high for 1 night to have a handheld shower head that wasnt working properly.

The stay here was wonderful. Clean and spacious room, even for a handicapped accessible room. Staff from every department was friendly, helpful, and prompt to our needs.

The only main issue I had was the ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor and was told to use the ice machine on the main floor. I read reviews months prior which someone experienced the same thing. I thought it would've been fixed by the time we stayed, but nope...still unfixed! Staff was nice, no English spoken except front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was amazing!

This is a great property for location, value and condition. It’s a hidden gem in the dells. We’ve stayed here several times and have not had a bad experience!
