Great location for Sonar

Walking distance from the Fira metro connecting to the rest of the city. Restaurants and malls are also within walking distance. A restaurant and a full lounge bar on site but the most impresive thing were the breakfast. If you are used to buffet breakfast at the states, you will be blown away by the restaurant quality buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

It’s a good, big hotel. It’s away from City, and around 1km from nearest metro, so required bit of walking. Room was big, got great views from my room on 7th floor

The property is in a newer neighborhood with less attractions around, most times to get into Barcelonas city center you would need 30 mins on the metro. The hotel itself didn’t have much food or markets around. There was also a bunch of construction around which was quite noisy through our stay. Over all it was nice but staying in Barcelona would have been better.

Helpful staff and clean facility. We arrived early from a long overnight flight and we were allowed to check-in early. The hotel is close to the Fira metro station. However, it’s located in an area, that perhaps is up and coming, with new facilities being built nearby. There are not much shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms do not have microwave ovens and we were informed that there wasn’t a shared microwave oven that we could use. This was surprising, as this is something that hotels normally provide. We wound up tossing the leftovers we had. The room was very hot one night, even with the thermostat turned down to 17 Celsius. I was informed the next day that the hotel had turned off the air conditioning unit during the cold months and only the heating system was operational, so even though I was trying to get the room cooler, it was getting warmer, weird. I was informed that opening the window and door to allow for a cross current would help. If it were not for this one issue, I would have provided a higher rating.

New building close to harbor, but far from city ceter. Air coditioning did not work.

The hotel was clean and safe. Only one receptionist either did not speak Spanish well or did not want to communicate in it. We ended up having to switch to English.

My girlfriend and I loved this hotel and had a very comfortable stay. Amenities were all renovated and it was luxurious for the affordable prices that we spent. Great staff and close to 2 metro stations for getting around town. My only problem with the hotel was the fact that it was very far from the bars and nightclubs downtown so getting back home after a night out is a challenge on its own especially since metros are closed and taxis/ubers numbers are scarce.

Quiet hotel by Fira. Easy access to Collblanc for Camp Nou, 4 stops on line 9S. Airport line or €25 taxi to airport. Comfortable hotel, helpful staff. Will use again.

Everything was excellent, hotel rooms very impressed. The only complaint our crew had was the hot Breakfast which we paid 16 Euros a day for was COLD every day. So sort that for our next visit.

The hotel is close to the train station. Also, the room is huge and modern, more than adequate for what we need which is a plus.

I wasn’t too crazy about this hotel. The exterior of the building, lobby and the bar area is super nice. But once you enter the rooms, it gets a bit weird. First of all the shower stall did not have a door you could close. The just put this odd blind that you could have closed so the other companion in the room would not oversee the bathroom and shower area. Overall the room was small and very weirdly architected. The floor plan reminds you more of a studio than a room. It helped out that this hotel was located near the cruise port we were embarking on, but overall there wasn’t much happening in the surrounding area.

Hotel is very nice, BUT it is located in an INDUSTRIAL area, with nothing much interesting close by. So, if being in an area with lots to do and see is important to you, choose another area.

I checked in Sunday afternoon so there are no much going on in the area. There is another hotel close by. Other than that, everything was closed. We sat around in the bar for hydration because we had no water bottle or frige in the room. The restaurant did not open until 8 pm but we had a very nice dinner there.
