The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was great. The girl checking me in made a rude comment about my weight which really turned me off

Had a one night stay which we enjoyed, but after we left we noticed our son left his jacket and tried calling to see if we can pick it up but was told housekeeping was in a meeting and they'd call us back. We never got a call back and a day or 2 later we called again and was told it was there, i told them it was between the couch and wall.

Stayed on the first floor. You could hear people walking in their rooms above you. Around 12 uber ride to downtown. Wished we stayed closer. Front desk very pleasant no complaints. Continental breakfast just like any others. Ok stay nothing special.

Looks like they remodeled which was much needed. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle driver was super friendly. Room was clean and comfy

Heating staff was not able to be regulated and my family and I were both cold and hot during the evening sleep. Terrible sleep.

The staff at desk was very nice and welcoming at check in. The property was nice and up to date. The free breakfast was fine, wish they offered waffles. The room was comfortable and close to the airport and places to eat.Over all, I would book here again

Overall the Motel was very clean, nice pool & gym, excellent breakfast convenient location to airport. My only complaint was one came over to my Wife and made a scene because she walked out in the lobby with a glass of beer while we were waiting for our meal to be delivered. All she had to do was walk over and say alcohol is not permitted in the lobby. Instead she went into a little tirade in front of about 30 or 40 guest about not having a Liquor License and they could be fined and bla bla bla. The real insult was one Gentlemen with a cruise group sitting there and another at the table in front of us with an open bottle of beer & and she said nothing was said to them. If no alcohol is permitted fine but a sign in the lobby and teach some kind of etiquette to your employees. Like my company always said 9 things right 1 wrong what do customers remember?

A lot of negative reviews which had me nervous but it was great — we were there for 4 nights and it was quiet, clean and people were friendly.

Desk staff was not accommodating. Had a hard time understanding some of them. Just not very attentive to guest.

Ran out of eggs during breakfast. I asked for whole milk and was told you don’t offer it.
Most children drink whole milk so I was surprised and disappointed that you don’t carry it. That being said, I felt like the person I asked about this didn’t want to help me and may have lied to me.

The hotel itself was fine. Clean. The problem we had was leaving. We left very early in the morning to catch a train and my son left his air tag which was attached to a bright blue wrist band. We had only been gone from the hotel for about 30 min when we realized but we were unable to go back. We immediately called the hotel, gave them our address, phone number, exactly where we thought it was, and told them we would pay for shipping. Well, two days later I can track the item and it is at the landfill. It couldn’t have been mistaken for a piece of trash and we absolutely did not put it in the garbage. Very frustrated by the lack of service to help us locate our lost item.

We booked a room for 4 - king room with a pull out couch since that’s all that was available in the hotel and others were far more expensive. We arrived, checked in and discovered that the pull out couch was a twin! The front desk clerk acted as if there wasn’t anything she could do other than call around and see if other hotels had a room. I suggested that maybe there was someone who booked two queens but would prefer a king. Happily, the clerk asked a woman who was checking in if she was willing to swap rooms and she did. Whew! The hotel needs to change their software to only allow a party of 3 to book a king with the pull out.

Did not have good experience. Was told they would store luggage, they even gave us luggage tags, then we went to store luggage in the morning and the clerk said they don’t store luggage! She said, “it must have been a night clerk that told you that, they give wrong information all the time”!! We had to persuade her to give us a late checkout so we wouldn’t lose our tour. Also, pics show a hot tub, but there isn’t one. The ladies washroom by breakfast didn’t have a working lock on door. The price was very high, and not at all up to the standards I expect from a Marriott hotel.

The room was good but the noise level outside was loud. Lots of cars revving engines until late into the night.
And the breakfast area ran out of food for the hot meal.

HORRIBLE customer service, specifically a white lady working the 3PM to 11PM shift. I walked in from shopping with some family, and soon as she saw us she automatically started yelling at me about having others who aren’t listed on my room going there to swim! NONE of us said ANYTHING about swimming, nor did we say ANYTHING to her period!

We were able to check in 3 hours early. No late check out though. Room was next to only elevator, rm 224. You could hear it every time. They would not store luggage either. People were nice.

8 minutes drive from airport. Nice big rooms. Indoor swimingpool has the right temperature. Good breakfast

The tub and sink did not drain. I would think that would be something noticeable during cleaning. Would have liked a breakfast to-go bag for those of us who had to catch planes before breakfast was served. Otherwise a nice stay and friendly staff.

Overall we were pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was good. The one thing I was disappointed with is when I was looking at the pictures on google it showed a picture of a pool and hot tub. It is my mistake for not researching more BUT the picture is misleading and was disappointing finding out there wasn’t a hot tub. The rooms were nice and clean! Everything seem to be new and remodeled recently
