We love it and we will definitely be back.

Everything is perfect and beautiful at this facility except the fact that at checkout they were trying to over charge us some unheard of resort fee. Although we had paid fully via Expedia they still forcibly tried to push that on us. After 1 hour of discussion, many phone calls and almost missing our flight finally a nice gentleman by the name Jordan waved this strange fee. This made our beautiful stay into a bitter experience. We hope they don’t do it to other travelers.

Hotel is beautiful, people are very nice, service is excellent, beatifull view and clear water. Restaurant and drinks are exelent.

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. To say that this hotel was exceptional would be an understatement. First, the food was absolutely exquisite. We ate at Taikun, Blue, Andiamo, St. June and also did a private cabana dinner. Each restaurant provided a delicious array of cuisine adding to their goal of offering a unique and memorable culinary experience for their guests. The room was maintained and housekeeping ensured that our room would be upheld to pristine standards even by coming back to make our bed or provide us with towels at night. The property was clean, updated and well-manicured. Above all, the staff was superior in comparison to other upscale hotels we have stayed at. From the guest relations coordinator to the concierge to the wait staff, all went above and beyond to guarantee our happiness and satisfaction. The staff proved to be beyond thoughtful by setting up thoughtful snacks, drinks and decorations in our room on various days of our stay to commemorate this special milestone for us. We cannot thank the staff enough for making this trip so special for us. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back someday!

The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman is one of our most favorite places to vacation. I have never had such a friendly welcome at any other hotel. We were greeting by name and the concierge ensured that our birthday / graduation celebrations were recognized. Every employee whether in the hallway or at the pool / beach or restaurants were friendly and accommodating. There were so many special touches - turn down service with chocolates, fruit water and sunscreen at the towel stations, fresh flower arrangements on tables. The concierge service was very helpful to arrange activities ahead of our arrival including dinner reservations, spa, a Stingray City / snorkelling trip, and a Dolphin / Sea Turtle experience. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing hotel and service was extraordinary. The attention to detail was unlike anywhere else. Always made us feel so welcome. Loved the souvenir at the end (photo and bag tags). We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay

Our stay was great, staff was great, food was very good, great breakfast buffet. Beach service was very good and fast. We will definitely be back!

Great beach and views

Everything about the property is perfect. Ritz Carlton goes above and beyond to please. There is No for an answer. An example of it, my son left the EarPods on the room after check out, and we realize it once we were at the airport. We called the hotel and they send an employee who brought it to us at the airport just in time before getting into our plain back home. Thank you so much for making our vacation exceptional.

The only reason why I didn't give 5 Star is because of the beach chairs. They are horrible opening closing, unscrewing and it feels like you are in jail (look at photos)Everything else is wonderful. Jelena at reception was wonderful. Excellent hotel with THE BEST Service and Staff.

At check in, they hit up with a $98 resort fee per day, and a package offer to eat breakfast and lunch for $400 per day. Check in felt very much like high-pressure sales.

The staff was exceptional!!! Everyone was kind and sincere and went out of their way to be helpful. We’ve been to several Ritz around the world and this was the most memorable experience. They are all great which is why we keep coming back but this was over the top. Thank to the management, front desk Helena, concierge Nickola and Angel, cabana service Mladin and Patricia, and all of the staff at Seven especially Sansa, Ryan, and the hostess (I’m so sorry her name eludes me). We are returning with our 3 boys to allow them to experience the same. Thank you them all for making it a great trip.

Excellent hospitality and cleanliness

Excellent resort and even better staff!

I had shoulder surgery and tried calling for 35-40 minutes to have someone get my bags to check out and catch my shuttle. The line was consistently busy. I had to check out by tv video and I had to take drag my bags to make sure my car to the airport didn’t leave. The rest of the stay was lovely.
