It was disappointing that we were in the annexe away from the Marina, (there was no mention of an annexe when booking). This newly built building had no air con (they did provide a fan) and the plugs were mostly inaccessible!! It was therefore not possible to plug in a fan as well as charge more than one mobile phone. However there is parking, the breakfast was generous and staff were friendly.

We were three friends staying for two nights. Not the best location overall, but the hotel was located close to restaurants and bars and ok walking distance to the Old Town snd Forum Shopping mall (ca. 13-15min walk). I specifically booked a room with a queen sized bed and one single bed, but we got a queen sized bed and a sleeping sofa instead, which is definately a con. The staff was friendly and helpfull. We did not try the breakfast unfortunately. The room was spacious and overall clean although there were cobweb in the high corners and we had to take down a living spider as well. We could easily hear the neighbour room, when being in our bathroom, which was a down side, but not an issue when being in the main room. Overall an ok hotel for two nights, but would probably try another hotel for another trip to Gdansk.

The picture of the hotel showed that it was right on the river, but there are two separate buildings and we were in the separate building with a view of the parking lot. There was no air conditioning! The location wasn’t great either. Everything you want to see is at least half a mile walk across bridges. The breakfast was quite amazing though! The staff was very helpful! Overall, it was a good hotel, but I will stay at another hotel that is not on that specific little island next time I visit Gdańsk.

Very nice hotel , great location and very nice staff. One thing I was missing was air conditioner but opened windows helped. Room was good size and bathroom was absolutely amazing!

Perfectly located in walking distance of all the attractions of the old town.

Great location. The breakfast is great. However, there is a lot of building work being done so it does not look like the pictures. There is also no aircon in the rooms so if you are given a ground floor room like we were it can get very stuffy

The electric in the room makes a terrible buzzing sound consistently , when asking the hotel staff if there was anything they could do , they just said most our rooms make this sound. Very disappointing stay

Nice rooms and very nice bathroom. Was shocked for as nice as the hotel is… no air conditioning…. And it got hot in Gdańsk! Also, windows have no screens ( which is typical all over Europe!)

Easy access to Old Town and canal front restaurants. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were kind and friendly and did a very good job cleaning tables and replenishing the buffet. Room was a little small but nicely renovated. Some plumbing work going on around the outside of the hotel with trenches and piles of dirt not nice. Standard rooms in a separate building behind the main building which I didn't know about.

The hotel had some construction work all around it and was slightly tricky to enter, we were then sent to a hotel across the street that looked better (the same hotel but different building). Super nice and helpful staff, great room, beautiful view from the window, spacious and clean, modern. The only negative would be that there were huge spider webs on the window (outside, not on the inside). I would stay here again, the location is also fantastic!

Check in was at 3pm which is a bit late but is what it is. We were under the impression that we would be staying in the main building (pictures of the main part) but was instead staying in another hotel block 30 seconds away. Room was a bit small but was okay. Only thing I can knock was the rooms were like a sauna, And leaving windows open by the canal in the summer left 100’s of mosquitoes coming in. I did ask for a fan at reception and got one but my god an air conditioning unit or insect nets are an absolute must during the summer months!

I was charged double the standard rate for the hotel room which I realized when I checked out and saw the normal rates. When I queries the receptionist for the reason why I am paying double the normal rates she responded by saying I booked the last room available on my first night stay. I unfortunately was in a rush to the airport so was unable to argue the point. Beware of this hotel.

On opposite side of river to main town and tourist attractions, and a bit of a trek to get to bridge to cross over, boat available to get you across but doesn't run very often.Gives you a great view of the town. Extra bed we required for 3rd person was a couch/divan, but ok. Gdansk an amazing place to visit. Highly recommend.

Stayed five days and during this time I couldn't fault the hotel, location, restaurant, evening meal, breakfast and the staff were helpful, attentive, helpful, resourceful and spoke good English. Certainly will revisit again. There was a small ferry circa 100m from the hotel that cut out a 500m walk and cost 1.5zl per ride (25p) and ran from 10:00-16:00hrs. Excellent restaurant on the top floor of the Crane Museum overlooking the river and marina if you wanted to eat outside with set lunch time menu 21zl.

Good English by staff. Good breakfast included. Very quiet. Recommend dinner. Fabulous salmon.

Overall the hotel was well located and modern but in an old facade. Room was a little hot due to heat wave.

Hotel was pretty good. Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly. Internet did not work in our room, but very accommodating overall.

My stay was great. Hotel is very convenient to the old city. Can walk there in five minutes or take the fairy across the river. Staff was friendly, nice room, included breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

All aspects of the hotel were as they should be. Good choice at buffet breakfast.

This hotel is in an ideal location but is let down by the staff. If the staff were more professional the hotel could make a fortune. We eat out on all but one night because of the lack of professionalism of the waiting staff. We would have enjoyed more drinks on the terrace too if the staff could be bothered to take orders. The staff need a good course in customer service and then the hotel would make a good living as it's location is great.

needs more electrical outlets, otherwise great for cost and location. good restaurant on location.
