Cigarette burns in bedding, carpet was sticky, tiles were loose in the bathroom because of rottting floor - had to step on tiles a certain way to even open and close the bathroom door. Furniture was dirty and stained to the point that I wouldnt sit on the chairs. Room was old and smelly, and by that I mean it stunk. Stains on towels. Motel was not as pictured at all on the website. It was better than staying in my car, but I would have felt cleaner if I would have stayed in the car. If my family would have been there, I would not have stayed. It was a necessity stay for business because it was the only thing within driving distance of where I was to be.

Rooms outdated, during evening hours bathroom ceiling was leaking all evening and night out of the vent fan made it hard to go to bathroom without getting wet, keycard for room didnt work, had to get owner/manager to open each time. Beds stiff, cig burn holes in blankets. But you get what you pay for. Otherwise was fine for just sleeping the 8hrs spent there.

Ever time I left room.andmcame back. The key would not work and I would have to walk to office to get reprogram med. I only stayed 2 night so it was aggravating to get key programmed 5 times during that 2 days

Room was really clean and orderly. Bed not so comfortable but clean. A/C worked great after we found the remote control for it. The faucet in the sink is hard to regulate with heat and cool mix and extreme pressure. It would give you a bath. Convenient to Kingsport without the city traffic.

Very rundown but staff and owner's were fine. They tried their best to accommodate our needs. Just old and rundown, needs updating.

It was clean, comfortable, NO BUGS and cheap. Only downside to it was that it is old and outdated but that does not mean bad. Its just an older building but has been maintained.

Checked in, was sopost to have a bottom floor room. He put me top floor in a room that wasn’t even clean. Bed was dirty. So he moved me to a bottom floor two bed room that had bugs and hair in the bed. Very dirty room. Stains all over everything. Sign of bed bugs. See photos.

I was happy i found a room. The service was friendly. The motel itself was old, and definitely needed some updates, and upgrades. But again, i was happy to have a room.

Excellent value. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable travel accommodations.

We had a great stay! Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner/ operator family who were outside enjoying the spring day. In front of our room was a table and two chairs where we enjoyed some takeout. The owner came by to ask if we needed anything and I asked for help with the mircowave. It turned out it was not functioning, so he immediately carried a replacement to our room. I'd stay here again. The hotel is conveniently right off a highway yet the room was quiet!

Affordable but run down. Owner was nice. Easy to park with a trailer in tow.

They screwed us over we called three times to confirm our reservations they said they had no record of it so we booked another hotel and they still took the fee out of my account so I had no money for the rest of my trip

I liked the area, very convenient. Beds very comfortable and air conditioner worked and slept very good.

Reasonably priced . The mattress and the pillows could have been a little better we made the most of it clean showers an good ice machine

horrible, carpet was so dirty our feet turned brown, pillows were stained and totally flat, it was an overall disgusting experience.

They returned our money and are working with the bug people to get rid of them
