This hotel was very nice. The hotel room was as advertised. The hotel had an amazing spa relaxation pool. The only downside was that it was closed at 4pm on the weekend (and they requested we leave by 3:45 for clean up). It would have been nice to have longer hours.

Loved the location, the large room with, in our case, a view of the plaza. Easy walk to beautiful sites and all things downtown, easy access to mass transportation and close to train station. About two trolley stations from the mall. Staff was helpful and fast to answer. We loved the stay, would definitely chose it again!

Maybe the best locality in the city. Really nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good conditions. Much space and modern look.
It wasn't such an excellent clean hotel (especially details in the bathroom and toilets) as it could be. But it wasn't dirty. Common toilets near the reception were quite dirty (necessary renovations).

Great location with paid parking. Walkable distance to the old town.
The only issue we had was that the air conditioner did not work, so we had to keep the window open. Luckily, our room was a bit higher up.

The hotel and its location is nice but I found it ridiculous that as a customer you have to pay en expensive fee for parking in their own parking. This should be free as it is everywhere in Europe. Also we were told that charging our electric car would cost us 200RON which was almost half the price we paid for one night! This is extortion and you shouldn't treat your customers this way. We preferred to charge it elsewhere.

Temperature control in the rooms is awful, I stayed for 2 weeks in March and couldn’t have a decent night of sleep because the room was too hot, and it you switched off the heaters it was too hot. Would definitely not go there again. Everything else was okay, good staff and cleanliness.

Spontaneous weekend trip, Christmas market, mulled wine, very good food, we loved to be in Timisoara and Hotel Timisoara again

I will never book a “business “ room at this hotel again. Our room and the area of the hotel was pretty gross, really, and reception was snottier to me than in the past when I stayed in “deluxe “ room.
Pool and Spa are really relaxing and fun. Our massage therapist, Angelica was really sweet!
The general area near the hotel is amazing. Love the walkable city center.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in Timisora. Its a fantastic location in the older part of the city where all the best restaurants and sights are. The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. The room was very well appointed with with a super comfortable bed. The power shower too was very welcome after a long day exploring the city. The spa was also a lovely highlight. The reception staff are very helpful answering with ease various questions about getting around the city and suggesting where to eat. Would highly recommend.
