Upon waking up in the morning from a feeling of humidity which was going on all night, were we not aware the entire outer wall and windows were completely wet. I pulled open the curtains and everything behind the curtains was completely drenched.
I am a sufferer of having been exposed to black mold for a long while. The entire day after having left your facility I had the most excruciating headache and feeling of nausea. I’m taking some light medicine for both. Please take corrective actions before anyone else gets exposed or the situation becomes worse.

My stay staryed out great, however we had sink back up and we informed the front desk at 6:30 pm that we were going to dinner if they could fix the sink while we were out. We returned just after midnight and were greeted bt the smell of sewer and nobody had come by to fix the sink. They did move us but packing and moving at 1am was very inconvenient as were tired from site seeing all day.

This stay was appropriate for an overnight. Upon arrival, the bathroom had a strong smell of chemicals. Not sure if that was just to mask the dirty toilet and shower.

It was a good stay. We did request room service but our room was not cleaned when we requested it.

We got in late after a long drive through snow and it was so nice to get into bed and get kids down and sleep!

We were sad pool closed since we weere there for my daughter surgery and she wouldnt be able to swim for a few months. But otherwise all was nice

Very nice room and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the room had a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. By the time it was determined it could not be fixed until after our departure. We were offered a room upgrade but with less than 24 hours beside checkout we chose not to move. Because the room was booked through hotels.com no additional compensation was able to be offered. They did, however, add 20,000 points to my Hilton Honors account.

I’ve always enjoyed staying here! Check in is easy. The rooms are spacious; beds comfortable. Breakfast always great although the strawberries this morning were past their prime.

Property was very clean and updated. Breakfast was great, including made to order omelets. The only complaint was that the water in the indoor pool was freezing cold and made swimming unpleasant.

Staff was amazing from Happy Hour to Breakfast omelette to Starbucks coffee to check in and out and most importantly I didn’t ask for my room to be clean but it was!

The hotel was very nice, people were very helpful, but I made my reservations online, stating I needed an accessible room, but when we checked in they seemed surprised I needed an accessible room, so I don’t think I got the accessible room I made a reservation for-it was like, let me see what I have. Luckily I could get a room that had handlebars at the toilet. And for a fat,disabled person, the beds were too low and squishy so I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get up from it. Luckily the little couch in the sitting area I could prop myself up in to catch a little sleep but not a full night. The room was huge and very nice otherwise. The breakfast was very nice.

Good location, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was very good. Our biggest complaint was the indoor pool. The water was so cold we could not even swim. There was no hot tub or spa which was very disappointing.

The room vent system in the room sounded like a jet engine. The maintain person said the management was aware of this and note all rooms had this problem....There's more...
They charge 15 $ a night to park car.

We booked a room weeks in advance. We arrived a bit early and the desk clerk said our room wasn't ready but this one was. We accepted this room. First mistake. Worst room in the building. Jenifer the front desk clerk went out of her way NOT to accommodate us by providing the best Hilton ,had for the money we spent.
Lack of Hospitality is the goal at this Hotel.

Parking wasn’t very convenient. But the place was lovely and comfortable and a nice place to stay before our LONG early flight the next day. It was kinda sad there was no breakfast available before we had to leave, but it was awfully early.

Wonderful stay. I only stayed overnight but the room was so comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and overall the hotel was very well maintained. Definitely will stay here again. It might be a little pricy but it’s worth it!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This was the second time we have stayed with your hotel. The room is spacious and the breakfast is great. The coffee is hot and the employees are very friendly. The room had a bad odor, it smelled like burnt cooking oil. The room was clean but the carpet was dirty. Overall the Hotel was a great choice.

No housekeeping asked for towels never got them, ceiling leaked when it rained, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, no hot tub. For the price I paid per night the least that could be done is take out the trash and give fresh towels especially since I was there 3 days.

Was ok. Bed was horrible, there was a hole in the wall, the drapes were hanging off the rod and the a/c in bedroom didn't work well.

Pool was at least indoors, but a little cold. Or room wasn't very clean when we checked in. We found two pieces of a popped balloon, a wadded up paper towel, and a twist tie in the bedroom portion of the suite, and 4 fingernail clippings by the couch. Not sure if was vacuumed between us and the last guest. Items that were supposed to be in the room were missing (extra blanket in closet, the room safe, the "do not disturb" door hanger. What was great was the Continental breakfast where in addition to above and beyond the regular, you could also order pancakes and omelettes. They also had an evening snack and complimentary (limited) alcoholic beverage during certain hours. The food offerings are the only thing that would make me consider staying again.

The property was very clean, the entire staff was very nice as well. We loved our room, my granddaughter loved the swimming pool. We really enjoyed everything. This will be the hotel we'll be staying at next time we're in Albuquerque.

The property is dated, used and abused. The sheets were so worn out that they were shedding and some of the pillows smelled of mildew. Hair still left on the bathroom counter where it was all wiped into a corner.
