Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, appreciated the ease of parking and the included breakfast vouchers - would stay again!

The location was excellent. The hotel and room was nice once every thing is done. Now some of the amenities was sub par. Cons No phone in room No wash cloth only med size towels No ironing board The elevator was out The pool was begin worked on No ice machine

There in Playa del Carmen for the 3rd time. Perfect Hotel for Partying and Enjoying yourself!

We booked the master suite but it was average at best. The room needs modernising in-terms of decoration and furniture. The room had 2 balconies but both were very small. One of the patio doors wouldn’t open until maintenance repaired it. The other lock on the patio door was broken. The room didn’t come with any basic facilities ie hairdryer, coffee maker or iron although it did have a safe. There was a hammock in the room which completely split the room in half, you either had to stride over it or climb under it to get to the bathroom. The hammock couldn’t be taken down. There is a full glass bathroom door so there is no privacy whatsoever. The location of the hotel is great and directly on 5th Ave. With that said it is directly above Bar Loco which plays loud music until 2AM and is very loud in the room even with all patio doors shut. The staff were helpful apart from the fact that at check in we were informed that breakfast was included. The following day we were told it wasn’t included but as far as I could see there was not a dining facility at the hotel!! The hotel also has no elevator. All in all I would say if you have children then I would not recommend the hotel due to the noise. The location is great and the staff were all friendly.

Quinta Avenida at your door step! You have the whole strip for day time shopping and bars for nightlife just steps away!

I really love the aesthetic of this property. The staff were extremely hospitable and very kind. They made me feel at home. The area is also very convenient as it is in the middle of the busier street with all the fun, parties, restaurants, shopping centres. It was very easy to go back home to change or grab something and then head back out to go in with my day. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay at for this trip and would definitely look at coming back again in the future!

They only provided one key per room, parking is to small and parking is not included on the room fee

Overall, we had a nice stay. As stated in the property amenities, there is no lift in the building so you have to use the stairs which for us was no problem as we had light luggage and we don’t mind an extra workout :) There is also correct the loud music at night from the reviews, which we solved easily with earplugs. Breakfast was limited but good. I mean there was a strict list of things which you have to choose from. Although we only had once the breakfast that the hotel offered, it was tasty. The room is exactly as stated in the pics. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Right in the middle of Playa del Carmen, which is great. But not for light sleepers as the music outside goes on until 2am. Convenient underground parking, but harf to find. Wifi was broken while we were there. Breakfast is at nearby restaurant with very limited choices.

Excellent, close to everything. Housekeeping daily. Customer service in the reception area are incredible, they go above and beyond for you.

Positives: good WiFi, clean, breakfast ok, nice people, Location. Negatives: poor signage/almost impossible to find walking, very noisy at 1-2am because of neighbors and their kids, shower floods the floor no matter what you do, elevator doesn’t work (maybe for years! )See picture how they cover it up. Dark hallways and stairways. You get ONE key so when you leave the room the power goes off. If you are on the 4th floor and have bad knees you will be in pain!

Worst hotel ever. I’ve asked to be upgraded to another room because I needed more space which they did. The room is supposed to be more expansive as it has a Jaccuzzi. The Jacuzzi is not working well, there is no shower gel, no Iron, no hair dryer and it is impossible to sleep because of the noice. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Great location if You like to walk to restaurants,bars,etc...but if You want something quiet this aint for You .. music Will go on until 3am next door

The attitude of the desk clerks... they act like it is a honour for us to stay at this hotel and we should not ask questions. Desk clerk advised us parking is $250 pesos per night. We were told that there is a charge of $25 pesos per hour or more for parking on the street. There is no charge, on the side streets, for parking. My daughter was going to the room to get something and tried to access a room that was not ours. The door opened. It seems that my room access card opens all rooms. Stay safe and don't leave anything of value in your room or better to book somewhere else. The pool needs attention. We never went in the pool.

Really good place

The hotel is located it in a good place, but sadly very noisy at nighst, the competition for the loudest place for sure is across the street. very safe location, poor wi-fi service, I had to be near the bathroom to get a good signal, not happy with that at all. My child didn't get signal for almost a week until the last couple days we find out the spot near toilet. I found out that they don't respect the tag we always used for "Do Not Disturb "at all, unless you request at the desk to stop the service to enter your room without permission. That was shocking to know. Never had happen to me before.

The Hotel is in a great location on 5th ave. Great customer service. The only 2 things is that the pool didn't seem that clean and if you're thinking of going to bed early, It will be difficult because of music playing until 2am outside the hotel. We enjoyed it very much because we stayed up late, so it didnt bother us.

Everybody was very kind and helped us out you can reach everything by walk and the pool on the balcony has a nice atmosphere :)

Hi it’s Christina from The Christina Report, today I am giving feedback about my stay at Caribbean boutique. I stood at this boutique from 8/8/2023-8/15/2023. I have to be honest after reading the reviews I was pretty skeptical. Because I’ve already committed to this trip there was no backing out. Let me be the first to tell you this is not a bad place to stay. It has a 3 stars but it’s more like a high 3. If I am being honest there were a few things I could point out, like the pool- it wasn’t maintained and no one was there to give you any towels. There’s a big ring around the pool, a simple magic eraser around it would have done wonders. The deck area needed some tlc. There is a bar area by the pool but no one is there, so definitely a missed opportunity. The shower heads needed to be soaked with vinegar to unclog them, the water was shooting out everywhere. However the water pressure was good. In the back by the parking there is a pond I wanna say where their Buddha is but it was very dirty, no up keep at all. If there is a problem with the room or anything they notify maintenance, which could get annoying after a while. I told them the batteries needed to be switched instead of switching it they called maintenance. I came back into my room and twenty mins after using the remote it was dead. A simple switch out of the batteries would of solved it, so that was annoying! I ended up just switching the batteries out of the TV remote control… see more on Google

The accommodations met standards. But the building needs some architectural modifications as it smells like sewage and the noise of the music doesn’t go away until 2:00 a.m.

The property is a complete trap. They operate a bar very loud one under the second floor rooms that play extremely loud music every day unteil 2 AM. You will not sleep for shure. The manteinance is terrible the hidro is not working fine. The water on the pool is not weel.mantein and the experience is more like a nightmare that a holiday. The make You pay in advance and if You want to leave they will not refund You a dime. They get in to my room that was pay in advance and they took my staff without my concent. Is a disaster.

This was the worst dirty and the staff was un helpful. Not recommend at all
