Nice enough hotel, little bit dated and very quiet . Staff were friendly and polite. As the property is older the corridors were not covered by ac so a little hot. The buffet breakfast in the hotel next door was good but be aware if you have a sleeveless top on as they tried to stop me entering which I point blank refused. I could understand if that was the a la carte breakfast in the royal wing suite but it wasn’t . Not good and p@@sssd me off quite a bit. The cost is a little high for an older style property albeit nice staff and service. The location is nice as far as the view but not really walking distance to anything around however grab/bolt tacos are easy.

We love the pool! This hotel has multiple pools.
Family with children will enjoy swimming in multiple pools. Royal wing is connected to Royal cliff hotel. We stayed in Royal wing. Spacious room with in-room jacuzzi, fresh fruits and a variety of chocolates and cookies are served in the room every day. Mini bar included in the room price (very convenient).
Excellent service. Staff members are very welcoming.
We had 4 rooms with a large party. Everyone enjoyed their stay.
Spa treatment service has multiple options.
We would definitely come back again next time we are back in Pattaya.

Royal Wing Suites and spa. WOW WOW WOW. This place is amazing. The staff is the best. Every is so polite and helpful. Next time I come this will be my go to hotel. Super luxurious. The customized name plates was a bonus. Thank you for having us.

I absolutely enjoyed to stay in royal wing suites & spa. When I stepped in the hotel first time, a good scent and quietness made me relax. Staffs were friendly and kind. The hotel was beautiful and clean.
Everything was perfect to me. If you need a vacation to relax, I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is just a paradise and not just the Wing but the whole Royal Cliff Beach Hotel Resort. The staff and service are second to none. Rooms, restaurants and amenities wonderful. Amazing holiday as always .. Thankyou!

It was really a nice hotel and very luxurious. I believe that they should offer the breakfast on the deal and not to sell it separately.

Great quiet location but only a 30 min walk or 5 min drive from the main street. City view from adjacent park was incredible.
Facilities were a bit dated but well kept and incredibly clean.
Complementary daily fresh fruit and chocolate was a nice touch as was having a reserved lounger ready for you at pool/beachside every day. Pool area was reserved for Royal Wing guests only (which keeps it quiet and uncrowded) but you are allowed to use the interesting pools, beaches and facilities of the other (larger) hotels in the Royal Cliff complex.
Only negative was price of optional services (so for example, book your own car service at 1/4 the price of that of the hotel).
One of the nicest experiences we have had travelling. If you want a very relaxing vacation, it is worth the relatively high price versus other accommodation options in the city.

This resort is amazing! We didn’t realize there are 2 other resorts on the Royal Cliff property so you have access to 11 restaurants and 7 swimming pools. Room was spacious with a separate sitting area. There was a balcony from the sitting area and a second balcony from the bedroom. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. There was a free mini bar in the room that included waters, juices & soft drinks. Liquor was available for purchase. The food at the pool was superb and so was the 2am room service. There is a private beach in front of the pool. Temperature of pool is perfectly lukewarm. It’s about a 10-15 minute taxi ride to town (200 baht if you use regular taxi).

Room 503 included a panoramic view of the ocean and we had access to the other hotels connected with the resort.

Great place but was a little surprised. Place is a little outdated and seems much newer in the photos. Staff was very accommodating. Bathtub wouldnt drain properly. Room service said one thing and they brought up something different.Overall a clean nice place, but a little oversold in the pictures vs. what we received. If I had to, would visit again.
