Overpowering smell of old furniture! Noise! Old and dilapidated switches! Dirty external environment! Stains on carpet! Slippery shower floor! etc Got photos if you want!

Such a friendly place. The guy who checked us in was welcoming, humorous and efficient. He worked so hard, I hope the company realise how great an asset he is. He manned reception, served our meal, ran the bar (thanks for the Negroni) and was there doing it all again at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was exceptional both at dinner and breakfast. Rooms might be ready for an revamp but everything was clean and worked well. Certainly somewhere to book for a repeat visit, hopefully soon.

Let's start with the positive: The staff was very nice and polite! But the room! This is not really a hotel but more a motel.The bed was OK, but the heatpump/heating system did not work properly. Turned it on but it kept switching of after 10-15 seconds. Very cold room. Walls are not sound proof. You can hear what your neighbours are up to. Not so nice! Mold in the bathroom. In the bathroom is also a small heater, but that (also) turned off again after a short time. The restaurant: also here: the staff was very nice. But the food! I had a burger but McD serves better food. The breakfast was ok though. Nothing fancy but better then expected given the overall "hotel" standard. I wont be staying here again

Check in was ok the disappointment started when we went to bed that’s when the party started next door loud music smoking weed the lost goes on granted it’s not the fault of the hotel but when I went to check out at 630 the next morning the young guy wasn’t interested in my complaint i definitely would not stop there again

Our 2 guests advise that they have stayed here many times but the last couple of visits the restaurant has run out of some food and drinks. One guest also had to change rooms due to a faulty TV and wasput in a room that was already occupied so finally had a 3rd room that was OK. We have other guest arriving tonight so I hope they can have a better experience

By no means my first visit and it won’t be my last. Always a great welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Very handy as it is just off the motorway and within easy distance of the centre of Liege. Have stayed for an overnight whilst en route and for longer stays. My room requirements were taken care of although, on this occasion, it was not one of the newer renovated ones but just as comfortable and clean.

We used this as a stopping point on our journey south. Rooms were small and basic and served out need. The restaurant was basic but very good. One complaint is with the directions and location of the hotel are difficult.

Rooms a little shabby. We arrived around to 10pm only to be told thst the restaurant and bar were both shut. Had some noisy neighbours too. Room not well sound proofed.

Close to highways and very easy to reach. It is also 1.5Km from the historical center of Liege...the people are very friendly and ready to take care of any customer

What was expected from a Campanile. Lots of vans and commercial stayers. Drinks and food in restaurant expensive but convenient location just off motorway. Does have a supermarket a few minutes drive away.

Bathrooms didnt lock. Small room, the 3rd bed was tiny with thin blanket and the heat wouldnt turn on at night. The room was clean and looked nice otherwise.

Was doing some cargo work at the airport and needed a place to stay urgently found this hotel to be cheap and easy access, I loved the rooms they are nice, but they have to put darker curtains as ours it could almost see thru it and they meant that as soon as sun came on the room was too bright! Other than that I recommend this nice little hotel.

Stayed 3 nights for Belgium F1 weekend. Expected small & basic, which it is. Beds & bathroom clean but kids bed on top of a cupboard & uncomfortable. Kettle only just working, a lamp not working & pieces knocked off walls. Hotel looked shabby. Expexted F1 weekend to be costly but still seemed overpriced at just over £100 per night!!

Staying on the way through to luxembourg. Food was a buffet the night I arrived as there was a large entourage of competition cyclists. All the staff spoke good English and French which helped and were very helpful. Would stay again on business

Couldn't find a cheaper hotel to rest after a cargo project at LGG airport, so this hotel popped out on my Expedia app it was cheap and easy to book I checked in in less then a minute paid online no questions asked! This is the motel style hotel like in America rooms are nice and cosy but could be better with a darker curtain!! Other then that great stay recommend!

My fourth visit over the last five years.A perfect stop for a tired traveller. Very simple check in etc and helpful staff at whatever time you arrive whether it be early or up to 2300 Hours!Accommodation first class and no problem with parking etc..Excellent breakfast selection!I shall come again!.

I appreciate campanille is basic bit the photos showed 'new generation' rooms - not sure where these were. dated and uncomfortable. booked for 2 nights but left after 1!!

Hotel a bit in need of minor repairs but still good value for money. My only real complaints were not enough pillows and the complementry creams and sugars were insufficient for tea bags and coffee satchets.
