Very convenient. I enjoyed the fitness room because it was empty.

Great stay overall. It would bee nice to have complementary breakfast or at least not so expensive. I was able to take my daughter to IHOP and paid less.

DO NOT STAY HERE...Our golf clubs were stolen and the hotel did not seem to care at all, we asked that they look at video of the parking lot and not only did they not do that they never even called back or replied to our email until we submitted a formal complaint with Hilton.

The carpets were not that clean, both in the halls and rooms. I stay at this Hilton Garden inn every time I travel to Rancho Bernardo. To visit my daughter. I visited the lounge on 10/21/24 in the evening and the bar tender had to be the most friendliest employee in the hotel.

There is black mold on the ceiling on the 3rd floor. The tub in room 315 kept running after being shut off. The ice machine room had visible dirt on the floor, and the exit signs were hanging off. Just looked a bit rundown compared to the first floor

Nice place for the price. The property is really spread out and it takes a while to walk to your room with limited elevators. Almost oddly so. The room itself is fine two spend one or two nights. Limited dining options or walking options.

The bed in my room was definitely on the firmer side and not my preference. However, the staff was accomodating to provide me with an additional comforter to "pad" the bed with.
I've stayed here before and had the same issue in another room. The batch of Kings are just hard on my bad hip and sciatica.
The extra comforter was helpful, so i appreciate that!

So I have stayed at this property multiple times and typically everything is wonderful but this time not so much. Although the staff was very friendly and doing their best in the situation not having most of the menu available because of broken kitchen equipment is kinda unacceptable and the kitchen and bar closed early as well. This was a Saturday night I do understand things happen but at nearly $400 a night I expected better

This Hilton hotel offers room service every alternative days (48 hrs). If service is required again we have to inform 48hrs. This is really a worst service. That means we have re-use same towel for 2 days? We requested to replace towel and pillow covers. They simply left new items, did not even replace pillow cover or take out old towel or arranged bed spread. Even though they have plenty of open parking in the front, they asked to park behind the hotel with limited open slots. Too dark and not safe. I have never seen such a worst service. For the price we paid we could have got better hotel. I never expected such a worst service from Hilton.

I do not think I needed a $15 parking pass as there was a large lot adjacent to the hotel. The room was very nice as was the staff. The air conditioner in the room was louder than preferred and cycled every 5 minutes. I think that could be improved.

Everything was new and well taken care of. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Property was clean. Same with the rooms. They were resurfacing their driveway for the duration of our stay so everyone had to use a side staircase to enter which doesn’t have room key access. So they just left it open for anyone to walk in. I didn’t think that was safe. They did lock it one night but you had to buzz in. The lady who was in charge of coming to physically open the door was really annoyed and rude to several different parties. So after that one night, they just left it open again.

The area of the hotel is good and the hotel is nice and beautiful. For the room, the AC is a bit loud at night and our bath tub faucet was leaking and couldn’t tight it well. This may due to the facility is a bit old. Overall, the experience is still quite good for us.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The best staff, super helpful and accommodating. Josie was phenomenal. They made our trip amazing. We came in early and the took care of us until a room was ready. Definitely staying here when I come back.

Price was too expensive for room. There was a charge for the standard breakfast that is included at most places elsewhere. $15.00 per night parking was ridiculous based on the property location. Room smelled.

Everything was great but there is a noticeable sewage smell at this hotel that is undeniable. When I heard another customer ask staff what the smell was all about, the staff member stated that it was due to old pipes. Overall however, the staff and facilities were great. Gym was a little small for the size of the hotel and underwhelming as far as options go.

The staff seemed overwhelmed by a "new" check in system and the volume of arrivals on a Friday afternoon. Everything was just OK. Nothing stood out as above average and for the price they need to do better. Definitely not up to the standards of other Hilton Garden Inns we've stayed at.
