It must have been some kids upstairs stomping around and making noise all morning that was a negative. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.

We had quite a few of our family coming in for a graduation and the two bedroom suites were spacious and perfect for us! We arrived early and some of us were accommodated with early check-in when our rooms were ready. The entire property was clean with helpful and kind staff. Only a 20 minute drive to the convention center and other attractions!

This hotel is not close to restaurants or grocery stores. The staff are excellent and the room is clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Our room had an odor - likely from the previous stay who may have cooked food ie onions and such. Could not air our the odor during our stay.

The location was definitely the highlight of my stay at this hotel. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff member who assisted me was exceptionally friendly. After settling into our room, I received a lovely welcoming text from Taylor, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I had to inform her that the bathroom doorknob was falling apart. I didn’t mind it much but wanted to make sure we wouldn't be charged for any damages. During our stay, the side doors near the parking area were closed the entire time, which was inconvenient. On the third night, we encountered a major issue: the toilet stopped working entirely, with no water flowing into the tank. I promptly reported it to the front desk at 6:20 AM, and the staff member suggested that the knob underneath the toilet might have been turned off, but they wouldn’t have anyone available to check it until 8 AM. I assured him that neither my child nor we had touched that knob, especially since we returned to the hotel late the previous night. Despite my concerns, I was told to wait until 8 AM for a resolution, which was frustrating. Given that the hotel is undergoing renovations, I suspect that someone may have accidentally turned off the water. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I don’t plan on returning to this hotel.

Great location close to many places to visit in San Diego. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Would stay here again!

Liked the Convenient location for my appointments. Quiet. Staff was able to accommodate an early check-in. Liked the convenience of a kitchen in my room. Liked the breakfast until Friday when they omitted the only good options like overnight oats, chia pudding, fresh melon and tortillas for breakfast tacos. Friday, Saturday and Sunday when rates are generally higher, should have better breakfast options not worse. My room appeared clean but had a musty odor and a loud portable A/C unit duct taped together filtering through a window. The central thermostat was broken. I mentioned it in a text response asking how my stay was going but never got a reply. I couldn’t open either window for fresh air. The worst thing in any hotel room is carpet! This hotel had so much old dusty carpet! I would not stay here again because of the smell in the halls and rooms being harbored in the carpet.

Overall great experience with exception of reception, lobby, and dinning are, & hallways. Very uncomfortable inside while very nice outside. Did mention areas mentioned above seem hotter than usual made it it uncomfortable. They said they would address it and militance would be informed. After a second time I was told this was the first time of a reporting and was the only guest to do so maybe true however other guest also mention an unconfutable lobby. Room was clean and nice with a musty order either of fresh pain or humidity exposed to furniture in the room. Breakfast was an excellent option with very nice choices. Otherwise all in all I would possible rebook for this locati0on.

The stove didn't heat quickly. The hotel did attend to it immediately but couldn't resolve the issue. After 2 days they offered a different room. That resolved the issue. The staff were helpful no doubt on that. But we wish the change of room had happened earlier.

Staff was friendly. Checked out early but didnt get approved for reimbursement by the manager since it was prepaid via Expedia. My reservation which I had made a month prior was cancelled the week of check-in. Upon doing research, I saw hotels do this if you lock in a good rate in the chance that they can sell the room for more.
