Everything was very clean, front desk people were very friendly and helpful, some areas in the room were pretty worn but serviceable, bed was comfortable.

Third multiple nights stay in a couple of weeks. Staff friendly and environment stress free...

Please be informed that they charge you additional for a dog but no where on any website does it mention a fee. I was just informed it is under policies. I informed the girl checking me in and she NEVER mentioned the fee. I was unaware until I looked at credit card posting. I will be disputing the additional charge and contacting Expedia to let them know how this was handled.

I love staying at this place! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly!

Was very frustrating to pay extra for breakfast and to not have 1 thing we could eat because we are diabetic. Asked desk if they could credit for the breakfast and she told me we should not have paid extra for that, it was included.

Have stayed here a few times. No frills Hotel. Seems a bit overpriced for the area/facility but, did the job for the night. It was clean but, definitely could use some updates.

Average hotel with a fair price

I was travelling by myself, a woman and my early 50s. I became very sick in the morning after I stayed. I was unable to get myself to my vehicle and had to call the front desk to tell them I would be calling for an ambulance. The girl at the desk who was a manager Said if you want, I will come and sit with you until They come to pick you up. I asked her to do that, and I cannot even begin to tell you how safe I felt that someone thought enough of me to treat me like their own family. She gathered my things and had me ready to go when the ambulance arrived, I was vomiting profusely, and was unable to think clearly. she did the thinking for me and as the ambulance arrived, I felt very safe and well taken care of. I have never been sick on a trip before and had never thought about not being able to help myself. I am glad that I was at the Americas Best and I was blessed to have her take care of me while the ambulance came. It made my family back at home. Very reassured. I would be OK. They took care of my things while I was gone and I will never be able to thank them Enough. I think the girls name was Stacey, but she was definitely a manager. Thank you, Stacy for taking care of me when I couldn’t. God bless you.
