Sept 19-22. The location is perfect if you are wanting to see the ships in the lockes. But that's it.

The staff is unresponsive to guest needs. They will service your room if you ask. I asked for fresh towels that I had to walk to get. The towels are terrible. Too thin and small to dry a person. I used 3. The old broken bathroom window was left open which spread dirt over the bathroom. I found out the window stays open so the steam does not set off the smoke detector, which it did any way. This is not a family friendly motel. The table and chairs are garden decorations. The room is too small for a family. The TV only worked with apps. I am having trouble getting back a pair of earrings I forgot. I have talked to the staff 3 times who asure me the manager will contact me. I have not received any calls, nor have I received my earrings. I will never stay nor recommend anyone stay at this motel. Over priced for the dirt and service.

Great location! Parking is extremely convenient.

Paper cups leaked and there is no ice bucket but they do not want you to use your cooler at the ice machine. The toilet was loose where it mounts to the floor

It was within walking distance to local shops and restaurants and right across the street to the Soo Locks.

Location was great.

No toilet paper or towels in room. Had to go ask for them . No big deal. But the floor was definitely not washed and the bedspreads had stains in witch we took right off the beds.. the board on the bathroom sink fell off on my hubbies foot.and the air conditioner did not work well at all... Don't know if we just got that one bad room or what.. we were hardly ever there so it all worked out ok.. but would never stay in that room again..😐.. also the curtains were not long enough so you could see in the room .. so we stuck pillows in the window..

I expected a motel room and was so pleased to see little cabins. They were clean and very comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, so that was great.

Parking is a little tight and could be hard to get in or out if cars are bumper to bumper in front of their cabins.
