arrived front desk told us we have no reservations, waited for 3 hours in the middle of the night tell shift change, the reservation was there, called the manager left him a message he never returned my call, they took a Security deposit didn't return it for 2 weeks. management communication is bad.

Love the welcoming staff and people we interacted with that was also.very nice and maner(valet persons) it was a beautiful place to stay room was spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend 👌 👍 😊 Thank you !!

Great spot handy to everything, comfy bed and spacious room, but getting a bit tired and needing a refurbish.

I was able to use the outside pool and we were able to access the beach easily.

The convenience of the location was very walkable.

We stayed in room 819 and it was outdated with a weird smell, was going to change but too lazy to pack everything back up and move. The area is convenient to stores which we like but rooms need some update.

Wish the pool would have stayed open later

My family and I encountered roaches immediately after I moved aside the coffee maker in the kitchen upon arriving at night. That same night as we were preparing for bed, my son was in the bathroom and a big roach fell down and hit his arm. Aside from the few sitings, there were baby cockroaches everywhere, so this wasn't just a simple "you're in the tropics". This was an infestation. I thought about not writing this review because the hotel staff was apologetic, made accommodations to move us without hesitation, the housekeeping staff were very responsive and the rest of our stay was overall fine. But I would be doing other families a disservice by not at least warning that there might be a cockroach problem, not just in our original room itself. I saw a cockroach on an external door walking down the hallway, as well as in the laundry room. I trust that the cockroach problem has been rectified now. The location is great, very convenient. And it's not in the crazy busy and congested Waikiki area. It's about a 20 minute walk to International Market and the Ala Moana mall. It's worth getting the beach view room here because the street side is sort of noisy and a big plus is you get to see the fireworks from your balcony.

Love the pool, market, eateries, proximity to Ala Moana, Waikiki, entertainment. No housekeeping before 8am or after 10pm, clogged toilet has to wait. Freshly shampooed carpet was damp and smelled. Loud a/c wall unit. It was sufficient for a 2 week stay. Laundry room on each floor. No ice machines. Parking $45/day valet or block away $28 above Red Lobster. Beaches are rocky, have to walk to Hilto n Hawaiian or drive to Ala Moana.

This property is a timeshare so the best rooms are reserved for owners. If you are not an owner, expect to be assigned a room on the lower floor. We booked two city view rooms and was placed on the 3rd floor. The property is on Ala Moana, a very busy street. I did not get a good nights’ rest the entire seven days due to loud street noises from cars screeching down the street, burnouts, honking, sirens, etc. We had two rooms and were right next to each other which was nice. The second room had a huge cockroach problem and these critters were breeding in that room. There were adult and baby sized cockroaches. The property did offer another room across the hall which was a partial ocean view so that was resolved. Valet parking at the property is $45 per night if you are parking a car. There is a self-parking lot a block or so away on top of the Red Lobster restaurant that charges $28 per night. When you check in, you will be offered discounted parking for attending a timeshare presentation. The discount is $45 for two days of parking so half price. We declined as we’ve been to enough of these presentations. These typically go longer than 90 minutes and we didn’t want to spend our vacation time doing this. If you don’t have a car, there are likely other activities they can offer. In summary, I would recommend booking a partial ocean view room to avoid the busy street noise and hope you don’t get a room with any critters.

Great clean property close to everything. Had everything we needed. Wish the pool was a bit nicer/larger, but all in all was a great option and value for the money.

Mixed bag with large rooms but showing some age. Some owner occupied, some vacation club, some AirBnB, and some traditional hotel rooms. Only one restaurant, but plenty nearby. Convenient to Ala Moana Center.

Older hotel but very clean. Walking distance to shopping, beach and restaurants. Loved having the kitchen and spacious room. Hotel also had convenience store and some food on site.

I was a beautifully maintained property with a nice partial ocean view. The staff were courteous and the room was nice and clean.

Room was spacious but felt it was a little dirty. Bathroom shower and toilet were dirty before we even used it. Turned me off to using the kitchenette. Staff was rude upon check in and had to ask twice to be put on the list to clean and get fresh linens. Kinda ridiculous. The place needed updating and a good thorough cleaning. Not staying here again.

The people at the hotel was very nice, but the room was outdated. The air conditioning was really a very loud fan, and the fridge also was very noisy. The room smelled like old, and I couldn't open the windows much because there was smell of someone smoking all the time (even though I was in a non-smoking floor). The location was really good, sorrounded by shops, places to eat and the beach.

No resort fees, kitchen in room.

Bad: pushy at check-in to get you to book activities or timeshare pitches. Good: Everything else. Location, cleanliness, atmosphere, music/entertainment.

Staff Shawn, David and other staffs was very friendly and made our stay comfortable. Thank you! The location is wonderful, walk to beach, shopping centers and restaurants. Uber is easy and bus stop is not far. We loved this place and hope to stay again if we come to Honolulu again.
