First-Room 133 door did not lock.
Second- No shampoo no conditioner.
It was for one night stay. I would have told the front desk but nobody was the there. This was at 8:00am.

The room smelled of roach spray and ended up having roaches in the room. We were moved to a different room without an apology or refund and the next room smelled of a strong dirty foot odor.

This is a very old building, but the interior has been updated. The staff was great and the room was very clean. My only two complaints are that the parking does not feel very secure and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I could not sleep and we woke pretty sore.

The door got stuck on the entry tile so it wouldn't close automatically. There was a sticky stain on the carpet in front of the TV.
There were no liners for the trash cans or ice bucket.
The burglar latch was partially pulled out and wasn't trustworthy.

The first room they gave me smelled, they changed rooms for me immediately and gave me a better room.
The staff was friendly, professional, very attentive.
I was able to work out, do business from the comfort of my rroom and a great night's sleep.

Aged and well worn but comfortable. Nothing gross, but housekeepingand maintenance could have stepped things up a notch. It was better than a weekend in a tent in the rain.

Where do we start…. This place is so dirty, broke door lock. Taped up remote. Stain on the counter where they missed cleaning the room from the stay before us. This place is a joke. People are just making as money off the place they can with no effort in the service of cleaning it or maintenance etc…we also had no power from 5am to about 10am asked. The staff was completely rude about it. No customer service. We had some insulin go warm had to go buy breakfast and couldn’t shower for the morning… asked them if there was anything they could do and they didn’t budge one bit nor give a simple sorry this happened other than letting us cancel our second night stay which we did when we had Expedia call down when they had power again. STAY AWAY and go else where

Room had bed bugs. Hotel would not let us cancel our stay without charging so had to stay in another room. Would not stay here again, ever.

We arrived about 30 minutes early and had to wait out those minutes before being allowed to check in. It was beginning to sprinkle and didn't want mobility scooter getting wet. While checking in, the girl was on the phone so not the best customer service. PROS: nice clean room, comfy beds, spacious room, bathroom was perfectly equipped, first floor room. CONS: customer service could be better. If I was in the area, I would pick this hotel but hope for better service.

It looks like they dont have linen wash company. Some empolyee was folding customer's shower towels on the dining room table at night time. Need carpet cleaning and we found hairs in the towels.

Our air conditioning unit rattled the entire time we were there. In the morning there was no hot water. Staff was very nice, and it was very clean.

The hotel was pretty good. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was OK, not great. The carpet and tile floor was a little dirty. The rest of the room seemed clean.
The floor above me (I was on the first floor) was very squeaky, and the person above me was up around 5am each day, which woke me up.
The breakfast was good enough. However it didn't open until 7am, whereas most hotels seem to be either 6:00 or 6:30.

they failed to tell us about a utilities fee that costs 12 dollars a day, place didnt have hot water either which is exactly what you want when there is 8 inches of snow outside.

Side entrance exterior door didn’t auto close making it unsafe. Breakfast was sparse and terrible. Mold and grime in the corners of the shower. Two conditioners in the shower no shampoo. Very unclean.

We had no housekeeper for three days ,was told by a staff member you have to ask for it.Coffee machine was broke for two days In the lobby ask for coffee for our room as well as towels toilet paper and to empty our trash breakfast was nothing to talk about manager was grumpy never smiled the other staff members were very nice Will not chose that hotel again as we frequent Pinetop Az.

To begin, i had called the front desk to find out correct address and that we would be there past midnight. We arrived later than expected at 0400. The fornt desk male person was very rude, and saying 'you should've called that you would be here this late'. That took me off guard, we had just driven for 4 plus hours through an area where theres no cellphone service until you reach Showlow, i was tired and exhausted. I didn't need the attitude. Once we have the room, the toilet seat was dirty with urine spots, i cleaned it and thats disgusting. Its a room that is supposed to be clean. The microwave didnt work, there was no hairdryer. I am definitely not staying there ever.

The first room they put us in hadn’t been cleaned so that’s the start. And then the second room had mold in the bathroom and a wet stain on the carpet. And to top it all off the staff was very rude and lied to our booking site saying we stayed two days when we absolutely left the next day and will never be there again.
