Nice clean room. The air conditioner was so noisy as well as the stairwell by our room and the people above us.

Every thing was good except floors in room were soiled with animal urine that had been in rooms before. The breakfast food was being monitored and was half frozen. But I never expect anything great on breakfast at hotels anymore. Other then that things were good and beds were comfortable.

Very nice spot to stay after a very long day in the car. The staff was very friendly! I would highly recommend choosing this property for you next stay!

The room gave an assisted living feel. The carpet was tore & stained. Outlets in the room didn’t work w the exception of 2. Free breakfast sounds great till you get there & it has a soup kitchen vibe to it. Main reason for staying was the hot tub & relax—- and guess what! The hot tub had caution tape around it & out of service.

The property itself is beautiful and staff is great. Breakfast not so much; eggs rubbery and meat undercooked. Plus breakfast is only served until 9 am so that is a bummer when you are on vacation. Also, the hot tub not working.

Brand new management team as of a few days before our stay. Management team was cordial & professional. Unfortunately for them they walked into a poorly staffed situation. The employee/s watching over the continental breakfast were worthless, besides that they were watching over a $1 breakfast at best. Very few options, hard to call it a breakfast. Asked for new towels and bedding two nights into our stay. Received an apology note saying sorry, short staffed and would have to wait until tomorrow. I wish the new management couple success. Has alot of up potential.

We booked this hotel having stayed here before when it was owner or run by Baymont. We wish it still was owned by Baymont. The one positive item was the front desk personnel, at check in, was delightful. Now for the bad news. The pool and hot tub were closed due to the inspector shutting it down. This is what we were most looking forward to. The room was run down since the last time we stayed, the bed was old and soft, not all the lights worked, the bathroom floor was heaving, the shower required a hand to assist it to stay up, there was ONE tiny waste basket in the entire room. All in all not what remembered and with plenty of other options for lodging in this lovely town we will be trying one of them next time.

Room not adequately stocked. 1 coffee pod. Asked twice to have room cleaned with fresh towels and garbage bin overflowing. We were in and out exploring area and nothing was done. Poor breakfast choices, 3 trips down to lobby for coffee, none.

This was a good option. King bed was very comfortable, facility is older and needs room updating, curtains has some sun damage, desk lamp shade was separated from the frame on top. But overall clean, comfortable and for us a great location. Very friendly staff will stay here again!

The hotel itself was fine. Pool was nice. Somehow we ended up in a handicap accessible room which was a little inconvenient. The rooms were plenty big but would have preferred 2 queens instead of double beds. My big complaint was breakfast. I wasn’t expecting fancy, but cheap store bought bread still in the bags, frozen waffles in the freezer, kids yogurt, and hospital half frozen juice cups is disappointing. They have a great space. They could put a little more effort into a decent breakfast.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and the pool and hot tub were out of service. The shower head didn't work, the breakfast was terrible, there were bad powdered eggs and mini muffins nothing else.

Room was great. Checkin was easy. Just wished that we would have been informed that there was in fact an elevator in the hotel as there was not a single sign stating it nor were we told upon arrival/ being placed on the 3rd floor. So after lugging our luggage up… finding one was rather frustrating.

Need to repair shower handles as I had cold showers the first two days. Doors are loud and slam hard. Sheets on the bed were pulling off each night. Location was nice, breakfast options could improve and open earlier then 7am
