Courtyard Chico is our home base when we visit our daughter who is away at college. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is always kind and accommodating.

Pre-paid for my colleagues to have breakfast included in their stay. They didn't get any instruction on the breakfast process except to PAY AGAIN, then get reimbursed. They got those instructions upon check-out 4 days later. They didn't enjoy ANY breakfast and no refund from hotels.com or the hotel. Horrible, just horrible. There's your review.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Excellent accommodations. Staff was vey nice especially 2 employees I'd like to mention.
Angela and Alicia both both went out of their ways to make the staff extra comfortable. Props out 2 those ladies. They deserve a bonus.
Only complaint is the lock the back door (east side 1st floor) does not work very well. Have to slide card at least a dozen times to unlock. But will definitely be staying there again.

My comment on Noisy was caused by a race track about a block away that was making a lot of car engine revving noise. Not much the hotel can do about it but it made conversations distracted when outside. Not noticed as much inside but I’d guess the local businesses and homeowners are likely aware.
I think it was around 5:30-6:30 pm time estimate. Ahhhhhh……Friday night at the races.

I liked the area, good access. Parking was better than downtown hotels with a truck.
The door lock system was needing work.
I almost had to walk all the way around to the front in my pjs because the key card wouldn’t work. Finally after 10 minutes of trying it unlocked.

The welcoming staff took great care of our granddaughter, and her 2 friends, who stayed in the hotel in order to attend a concert nearby. They were respectful and cordial and helpful.

Only problem I had was the bed was a bit hard making my back hurt. Otherwise no complaints the place was great.

The stay was good but the food at the Bristo was not good and the jacuzzi tub was really dirty and gross when we tried to get in!

This hotel was perfect for a day after driving. The rooms were clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We swam in the indoor pool and grabbed a drink from the bar. Would 100% recombed this hotel.

Very odd, for a nicer property. Did not get any room cleaning service during our stay. Was told you have to stay at least (3) nights to get service etc.
Front desk, when asked, said I should have been told upon checkin.

Why is this not listed on the booking...it's helpful information if your planning a trip with lots of hiking etc. that may require more than one shower a day.

People were lovely, room was nice, bathroom was super clean, gym was clean and everything was in good condition, and there was Starbucks in the lobby so we did not have to depend on in room hotel coffee which is never as good as fresh made.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and both times the staff was very friendly and prompt. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. I personally wish that there were better maintenance on some things, one that gets me a lot is when the bath tub won't hold water cause of the plug not staying down enough. Also it be nice to have a snack area to be able to purchase snacks and food. Including breakfast things because the bar/restaurant is not something I always want to go to for a quick bite. Pool and work out room is nice and clean and everything works well. All around pretty good stay. Lol I keep going back!!!

Staff is pleasant. Room and lobby are spacious and pleasant. Nice fireplace in lobby. On line check in was easy and efficient. Bed was comfortable.
Toilet is too low. I almost had to call for help to get up.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing! Everything we needed they provided! They found parking for our truck and trailer close to our room. Security walked the property every hour. The indoor pool was very private and enjoyable. The room was great! A bigger than average tv, very large for a hotel room. The jetted tub was so relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. We are looking forward to another trip to Chico and we will definitely be staying at the Courtyard by Marriot again.
