Excellent overall

I have stayed several times and it has always been great....Now with new management its horrible. Sheets had blood stains, stains on cushions, armchairs looked like they have never been cleaned, seat from dining table was absolutely filthy. Manager was very rude at check-in and I really wanted to say cancel my booking and i will stay somewhere else.

Stayed at the property several years ago and it has not aged well

Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Room and property quite dated but clean and tidy with everything I needed. Mattress very average.

Reception staff were loverly and polite. Room was stocked with everything you required. bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. balcony for our room was at the back so was drab and not really inviting. Room was on 2nd floor so had to carry suitcases up. had dinner in restaurant. Food was very nice and not over priced. waitress was young and wasn't very engaging but got the job done. I had left some dresses in the wardrobe so I was very lucky that they were spotted by cleaning staff, we got a phone call and we were able to go back before we left Coffs.

Feels like this place needs a visit from Alex Polizzi - The Hotel Inspector, for a makeover. There was a film of dust over most surfaces, highlighted by the fact it was dark wood which made it more obvious. We booked a king executive room. Toilet not cleaned with poop streaks in the toilet bowl. Bedside lampshade falling apart and blood stains on inside of pillow which should have been obvious when making up the bed. Whole place feels a bit unloved and probably didn't help that weather was wet and miserable during our stay. Restaurant closed as chef called in sick. Good points - lady on reception on arrival was lovely. Shower hot and powerful. Didn't get chance to speak to staff about any issues as we left quite early to be on the road.

A big thanks to David and the team in Reservations for being flexible with my daughters arrival and accommodating our requests despite not being obligated to do so. We will stop there every time we travel through Coffs, no doubt about it. A great resort and great staff !

The people there are very nice and welcoming and tried to attend to all your needs. but the room itself was very very poor and parking is atrocious.

The photos and information overrate the place. We were upgraded to a room below ground level. Outside table and chairs were not clean. AC was in-wall so only on/off at the wall, furniture old and the bed gave us the worst nights sleep we had had in a long time. At 4am Qld time we had had enough and left to come back to Brisbane.

Would have preferred the dining in that was advertised

Very dirty toilets . Dirty rooms, bad service

We liked the view from our room. It looked out over the tropical surrounds which made us feel like we were miles away from the highway. The property was quiet despite its location. The staff that greeted us on arrival were friendly and we discovered we had received a free upgrade upon checkin. The room was large, with lovely garden views. But the motel is showing its age, fixtures are all a little dated. It’s just out of the city centre but a short 5-10 minute drive has you at all the tourist attractions and shopping centres or the beach. The room was great for our one night in Coffs.

Very old beds. Not comfortable. Aircon was too small for family size room. Smelly room. Room not cleaned. Stillmusing old style dusty blankets and not modern wuilts. Never stayimg again there. Not worrh the rates.

Lovely staff. Very accommodating. Clean, reasonably priced room. Would very highly recommend.

The bathroom was not clean and this was apparently an upgrade! No hand towels supplied. They did change our room which we were greatfull for, but seam confused that the room was dirty as there cleaners are so reliable. Apparently not!

I had difficulty finding the hotel as the suburbs had changed and gps wasn’t recognising the address, the receptionist I called in a panic was amazing, she talked me through my anxiety and gave me crystal clear directions. I was there in minutes! Soon arrival she offered me water and made sure I was ok. My room (24) was upstairs and very spacious. The shower head was leaking a bit but that’s ok the pressure was fine. Everything was clean and the aircon was very welcome! If I have to give anything a negative, it would be that the mini fridge was turned to 0, which meant I had to try keep the food and drinks I had in a cooler bag chilled with my melted ice bricks until the fridge was ready to use. Other than that I appreciated the quiet and slept very well! I did not get the chance to jump in the pool, but will definitely be booking again !

Older property but exceptionally well run. I was surprised when my room was cleaned every day - usually the big chains dont even do this!

Great little hotel for those travelling through or staying a bit longer. Easy, friendly and with easy parking.

The only negative feedback was the fact that the property is extremely vulnerable to truck traffic noise at night.
