Beautiful hotel with clean rooms and enhanced cleaning in all common spaces -very attentive and friendly staff. Family-friendly, the restaurant has been our preferred gathering zone with a wide range of tasty food!

We were thrilled to find that October fest was in full swing and Ironman was setting up!! There is always something happening in Callela. The atmosphere is fantastic. We had spent a few days in Lloret....great, but callela is by far the best resort for us over any other in Spain , and we skipped off to Barcelona too, to check progress on our favourite Gaudi. Sagrida de familia is coming along very nicely! Apologies for all spellings. There are no reasons not to visit this area. Gracias!

stayed at the neptuno .hotel very good .very near the beach and shpos and restaurants ,rooms good size and clean ,breakfast was good ,with lots of selection,,and for the cost of the stay was excellent value for money ..only downside walls of room thin so could here movements from next door and above ...

We arrived on the early hours but the person on reception was very welcoming and helpful. A very nice hotel with a good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Particularly good on the last day when we could store luggage and still use the facilities including shower and free towels etc after checking out.

Location and price was unbeatable. Perfect for the beach and site seeing. However bed was quite uncomfortable. Walls were paper thin, lucky for us we couldn't understand the people next to us so it made it a little easier to drown them out. Wouldn't want to stay here any longer then the 3-4 nights we did BUT the beaches were amazing, and the local food was inexpensive and delicious.

Cute hotel. Great location, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Very nice breakfast buffet. Parking was difficult to find during the height of the tourist season. We wanted to extend to a second night, but the hotel was full.

We found a great restaurant with a fusion menu. The shops were just down the street.

Having spent months planning our wedding anniversary trip my wife and I chose Hotel Neptuno specifically for its location in Calella. We arrived to be told our room had been damaged by previous guests and we would have to stay in a hotel on the other side of Calella. The hotel we were sent to had single beds and our room was directly above a noisy bar. Once back home I contacted Hotel Neptuno to complain about this, they kindly offered us a free 2 night stay anytime we wanted. I gave them dates when we could stay (in 12 months time) but they said we couldn't stay then. They are no longer responding to my emails, a nightmare from beginning to end, very disappointed :-(

Clean hotel,food wasn't fantastic, staff were nice. Balcony was terrible just enough room to stand on and not a great view,looks onto locals balconies.

Decent hotel but can be very busy at times. We got a free upgrade to an apartment on arrival. Well located. Staff very helpful.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, especially if you dont have a car as it is a 10 minute walk to the train station and a few minutes walk to the bus stop. It is very close to a lovey beach which has plenty of activities. It is in quite a touristy town with plenty of shops and reasonably priced restaurants and places to eat.It has 2 pools and good bar, however does not have any laundry facilities. There is a laundrette in the town.The reception staff are very friendly and happy to help.We ate dinner at the hotel once. it is a buffet meal and was very nice. We found the staff to be friendly, especially the lady that was in charge.The problem and reason why I did not rate this higher, the noise.Our room was in the other building, facing the outdoor area and hotel apartments where larger groups stay. A very noisy bunch of students were staying opposite us, however, at midnight someone shouted at them to be quite. after that it wasnt to bad, but we did get noisy people sitting in the outdoor areas and bar, you can hear every word so did dread going back to the hotel at night.The main problem was on the last 2 nights 3 German guys moved into the apartment opposite. The were outside all night shouting, playing music and making stupid noises. I find it unacceptable and unfair the staff allow this level of noise to go on all night. We were relieved to be leaving as could not stand another night with no sleep.So cannot recommend if you want a nice quite holiday

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful, it was close to the beach and it was very close to the center. The food was good.

staff very helpfull bedrooms cleaned daily room was to small for four people are room we had was for two people at most food was not to are taste ,but there were lots of salad and fruit to eat . location close to the shops and beach and the local rail way station were in five mins walk

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Neptuno. On arrival, two of our four reservations were wrong, and we'd been given double rooms instead of twin. Without question, the two rooms were upgraded and the problem was resolved. The hotel itself is quite dated, but the rooms and facilities were very clean. Although the sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the double bed was - and we only had a two night stay. Anything longer may have been a problem. We were staying for the Spanish Grand Prix, and the hotel was location roughly central between the circuit and Girona Airport. Travel times were perfect. We had forgotten to reserve garage space, and although parking was difficult we managed it on both nights. The bar prices were excellent, and we would definitely consider this hotel again if coming for the Grand Prix :)

The hotel has a good standard like a hotel with ***. But has only small swimingpool, and I think it ratter for a children.
