Excellent place to stay for a week in Vilnius. Only needed upgrade is the gym cardio equipment.

It was such a pleasure staying at Imperial. The single twin bedroom was a little tight in some areas, but the overall experience was wonderful. I really liked that the housekeeping would come by in the evenings and offer a warm greeting card with the weather forecast for the next day and a piece of delicious coffee candy. The breakfast was good as well and there was a decent selection available each morning. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

This is twin bed room +Good service +Breakfast was good, coffee not so much. All milk based espresso drink are machine made. +Location perfect +Beds and pillows comfartable, you can have a good night sleep here. + Rooms adequately isolated, which is always a huge bonus when living in the centre. -Not nearly enough space for clothing. Only some hangers and only one small shelf that requires you to be very tall to reach. -Pretty much zero space for stuff in bathroom No shelfs or anything. To summarise: I would for sure visit again, but I would chose a different room to have more space for clothing. Everyone in the staff, from reception, to breakfast, to housekeeping, conciergie were all lovely.

The location in the Old Town was great. Staff were courtesy, helpful and polite. We loved the breakfast and the breakfast room. A very enjoyable stay and will return if we can.

Very nice location! Easy to get around the old town. We had the breakfast included and it was fantastic. Waitresses were super attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately, the spa facilities were closed and were not informed about it in advance. Overall quite a nice hotel, but with its own vibe.

Great location in Old Town. Walkable from train and easy walking all of Old Town. Excellent breakfast, especially Sundays!!

From the cold and impolite welcome to the moldy rooms with old carpets and dated interiors, the stay at this hotel was thoroughly unpleasant. Hotel staff will not willingly give you information about the hotel, you have to pry it from their cold and stiff lips."Is there a gym? Yes...but. "Is there a spa? Yes...but. The gym, by the way, is the size of a toddler's bedroom, without a toddler's charm. I have never felt so unwelcome in my entire life, even when rejected by pretty girls I really, really liked. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. suffice to say: This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star hotel! Vilnius: Yes! Imperial Hotel and Restaurant: NO! Plus: the receptionist when I checked out was very polite and nice, maybe because I was leaving?

Excellent Location Staff are superb from checking in (midnight check in) Staff where very professional I needed a taxi and staff booked and it arrived within 2 minutes Location in the Old Town surrounded by Bars Restaurants also Supermarket is short walk if required Room was excellent beds soft and v.clean

Was only one night unfortunately and was hardly even in my room… but loved it and everyone was super helpful at font desk even packed my breakfast “ to go”bag for my early 4am BOLT to airport.

The Imperial Hotel was clean & comfortable with very courteous and friendly staff. The hotel is in a central area of the wonderful old town of Vilnius.

Great location. Breakfast bar was delicious. The Tabas bar had good choices. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was with internet connection would go in and out.

For some reason I really liked the breakfast here. I’m the sliced fruit, sausages and pancakes, coffee and pastries kind of guy. Of course you could say that the rooms are old but the single room mainly felt cheap rather than old. The toilet was mildly smelly but the bed was perfectly fine. The tiny TV had a sufficient selection of news channels which is quite important to me. I was a bit tired the second evening and went to the hotel restaurant, which was a mistake. The restaurant had tasty food but I disliked the service quite a bit. If I’m not served bread before dinner, I’d like to get some dessert after the dinner. To me hotel restaurants are a last resort for nutrition, not a place to get drunk on an empty stomach. And by the way, the concept of a complimentary drink doesn’t work, if you actually don’t get either water or some average white wine as a compliment. ”You can have a glass of our (even worse) house wine tomorrow before you leave” isn’t enough for me. Yes, I’m being petty, and no, you are not a five-star hotel. It’s a paradox that the staff seemed like a bunch of really nice people but the service left me quite dissatisfied. I can only draw the conclusion that the culture just isn’t for me - now I know.

The room had a bad smell from the toilet throughout the stay. Also, the girl at the reception was very rude when checking in, did not explain anything. The rooms are very small for a 5 star hotel.

Very good location. Room was rather small (and the bathroom was tiny). Very comfortable bed. Style of the decoration not fully convincing (golden, fake old…)

The hotel was beautiful - the breakfast wonderful - but the very best was the staff. On Thursday night, Sept 8, the desk person - I’m forgetting his name - let us put our parking cost on his online app and for us to reimburse him. When you see this message, please give him a special thanks for that!!

My girlfriend wanted to use the hotel for the spa reason however when she went down to use the Spa they told her she will have to wait for an hour bc jacuzzi has to be requested before. Also the bathrooms are so small it’s so difficult to use them However if you want to be in the center of the town go ahead enjoy the hotel

Great location to stay in old part of Vilnius. Nice hotel, booked superior king, had a beautiful view of the square. Stayed Mon-Wed, so it was pretty quite at night after 11pm. There was an issue the A/C - they don’t turn it on until mid-June. It was ok to sleep with the windows open, but there is no screens, so flies and mosquitos are in the room Had dinner at the Hotel’s California Bar one evening (was poring rain). Ok for a drink and small bite, wouldn’t recommend for dinner.

Very nice hotel in old town, Restaurents and shops just outside the door, jet very quiet. Service was, very helpfull and personal. Great breakfast including fresh orange juice and champagne. Would not hesitate to go back another time.

A delightful hotel reminiscent of an age of elegance. The main dining room was fit for a royal dinner and the California Tapas bar served excellent food and drink until midnight. Breakfast was I excelled - one day in the room with a tower of breakfast samplers along with eggs Benedict, eggs cooked to order, crepes, and French toast. The staff was helpful and generous with their time. Every recommendation was spot on. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Vilnius.
