The receptionist Norma, was so pleasant and helpful. She had a beautiful smile that was welcoming.

Bar was closed; shower spray was way too harsh and could not be adjusted; bathroom was dated with cracks on floor and tub; not all outlets worked; breakfast staff insinuated I was trying to get off without paying when I went back to my room to get a credit card because the system was down and I could it charge breakfast to the room - being gone 10 minutes was too long apparently. This was offensive

Excellent facility. Two issues--I wanted a tub--described as tub accessible. Turned out to be a shower with a seat--not the same thing. Also on the website and my registration it showed check in 3p and check out 12N. When I left at 11:30 am I was told at the desk that check out was 11 am. A major disconnect with what is on the website and reservation. I offered to show her my confirmation. She just said I don't have the ability to change it.
Also not sure why this evaluation is dates showing Sun Oct 06-Mon Oct 07. My stay was Mon Oct 07-Tues Oct 08.

Best night sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Bed and pillows were perfect. I was on the fifth floor-top floor-and didn’t hear a thing. Room was nice and dark. Could use some updating but it was clean.

This was the first Hilton I’ve stayed at (and there’s been a lot!) that I was not overly satisfied. The room was not clean, hair in the shower, dust on the furniture, a hole in the bathroom door and marks on the walls. The front desk was not staffed with enough people for the amount of guests checking in. They were friendly, however, and helpful but seemed overwhelmed due to lack of staffing.

The only issues or items of concern was one elevator would make a loud clunk if you stood one one side of it. And my room had a stain on the curtain, and 2 stains in the carpet.
Everything else was great. Friendly staff, grounds kept i. Good co dition. Beds were comfy. Nice gym.

Front desk clerk was phenomenal - very nice and accommodating. We were only there For approx 7 hours total (quick stop traveling via rt 95) so can’t speak a lot to hotel but easy off 95, near many retail (WEGMANS!!) / Restaurant options, didn’t partake in hotel restaurants but highly recc nonetheless For a nice quick travel Stop. Only negative / is the outrageous pet fee $75! Appreciate their willingness to take dogs but fee makes overnight

I understand that yesterday a worldwide computer failure happened but in 36 hours no system was put in place to organize check in. First I was told to come back in an hour. When I did i was told it was first come first serve and waited longer. No line was formed until the front desk got frustrated with the questions.
Again I understand this was all out of their control. But having no system in place after a full day of dealing with this was unprofessional.
No keys were provided for rooms and so a worker had to let you in to your room each time. Also the water pressure was horrible.
The idea that they still charged full price and offered nothing for the inconvenience (free breakfast or discount?) is just sad.

me and husband was surprised that they dont have no complimentary breakfast at all after we pay a $165.77/night and just buying a small doritos and a 20oz diet coke is a $10.53 for only that we will never check in on this hotel anymore and on top of microwave when i put up the blinds the auns come shined in is dust on top of it

ONe reason I booked this place was so I would have a hot tub. On line they show a hot tub by the indoor pool (which was cold) but the lady said they did away with it and needed to update their website. Also I cancelled my second night the same day I arrived. They have not returned my money for the second night. I called later and they said they would put 75 dollars back on my card. It has not been returned as of yet. Would never stay with a Hilton hotel again.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. However, even rooms face a major highway and there was loud road noise all night long. In addition our coffee maker did not work. Avoid the restaurant where the prices are steep.

My wife and I where in are room watching tv.When another guest of the hotel came into are room.The front desk of the hotel check them into are room.Then i got a phone call and I was asked who was in the room.My wife did not feel comfortable staying in the room though the night.So we will not be staying there any more

Reserved a king bed for an overnight stay on a trip, ended up with 2 full beds. Tried calling front desk, no answer. Went to front desk, no one to be found. We were too tired to argue anyway so we slept in separate beds. I love Hilton, but I won’t stay at this location again
