Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. After a 15 hour drive a board would feel comfortable.

The property is in dire need of refurbishing. The chair in the room was so worn it should have been thrown out. The walls are extremely thin so you could hear voices from other guests as though they were in our room.

Breakfast was just fair

Was returning from my east coast trip to Maine. Checked in around 5 pm. The room was clean and had everything I needed for the night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Washer and dryer accepted atm / credit cards so you didn't have to have quarters to do your laundry.

There were no handicap parking places or ramps on our side of the building. They were only at the front of the hotel.

The location and pool

Had to check out a day early than anticipated due to my mother passing away unexpectedly. Ameda Petal is a horrible human being and has no professionalism, commom respect, or demonstrated no human compassion for the situation. She stated I had to contact the "booking company to update my checkout for any refund". I went onto the app and attempted to update a day early checkout, booking.com app stated to cobtact the property manager (Ameda Petal). I showed her the app and she replied with "not my problem, your fault for using a 3rd party. When asked why I was charged for 5 days of a pet fee while my dog was only there the first night and the fact we only were staying 4 days versus the 5 as originally booked. She replied "Youre white you can afford it". She was extremely rude and racist to my wife and myself.

Excellent staff! The little restaurant next to the hotel was outstanding. Service was a little slow, but, everything was prepared to order and fresh, including all the meats and vegetables. The wait was definitely worth it. It's worth saving your appetite until you get to the hotel and try this place out. Also, a very nice breakfast area with a wide selection of foods.

Location off of !95 was excellent and easy to get to. The room was neat and clean. It's not a luxury hotel, but the value of the room compared to the price was superb. i will definitely use Quality Inn again.

There was nothing I did not like. It met my expectations and I was very pleased.
