The trip was great. The rooms were clean and the staff was great at getting us a new room when the neighbors of the first room made it smell awful. The breakfast was fantastic and the biscuits are the best.

We were Woken up at 5 am by a hotel wide fire alarm. No going back to sleep that morning. They ran out of everything but decaf coffee and did not have hot water or tea bags in the lobby or breakfast room. The breakfast room attendant did get me some hot water. No tea bag’s in the rooms either.
They were supposed to have laundry facilities but they were not working (no detergent) so we had to drive to a nearby laundromat at twice the price. The next evening the fire alarm went off again. Fortunately it was still evening, around 8:30 pm. I thought “oh no, here we go again@ but it did not go off again.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We especially liked the hot breakfast in the morning. I will go back on my next trip to Savannah.

The hotel and our room was clean and in good repair. The staff was. Helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was AWESOME! Food was fresh and plentiful. The attendants kept it fresh and filled. The breakfast rice, sausage gravy and biscuits were especially tasty

Place was very dirty. Staff weren’t very helpful. Tv and blinds didn’t work. Restaurant was closed. Elevators were slow and shaky.

Could not find my reservation initially, which was a frustrating experience after being in the car for 13 hours. Service was okay, but staff was not particularly friendly. Rating primarily due to uncleanliness - there was a large, suspicious stain on the couch and dirty blankets. We’ll choose somewhere else next time.

Nice Clean hotel good place to stay. The rooms were prepped with no smoke smells or issues. Good water pressure and plenty of supplies. Front room staff was welcoming and friendly. The only thing I will note was the person overseeing Breakfast on 8/16/24. She would stare people down and question if you took any extra food (IE for a kid in your room or spouse not present). The breakfast looked good but we ended up eating elsewhere as she made us uncomfortable about getting food.

If you want to bring roaches back to your home this would be great place to stay. Walked in room killed roaches walked out asked for refund. Manager wasn’t on duty was suppose to call me never heard anything waste of money with terrible customer service.

The property is right off I95 with easy access. Plenty casual dining options and (almost) walking disance to the 8th Air Force Museum.

This was DEFINITELY a great find and nice stay! FREE hot breakfast (grits, eggs, oatmeal, etc.; a restaurant and bar…the staff was super friendly and professional. Will most definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Savannah.

The room was very nice, breakfast was great. Great location and plenty of parking. The staff was very accommodating. The only complaint I had, was the shower drain was very slow and/or clogged and the air conditioner had a musty smell.

The bed sheets smelled. I am unsure if it was that they were not clean or left in the washer too long after cleaning and they got musty. It was gross

We were told we had airport transportation and they stopped at 8pm when we arrived. We requested $21 credit towards our room for cab fare. This was not good.

This property was amazing. The elevator is very hotttttt, but the guest rooms and other common spaces on property and staff are amazing. Breakfast was the best I’ve EVER had at any hotel, even other three star properties.

Great service at front desk by all. Great breakfast. Terrible bathroom and I think I got some kind of bug bites cause I was scratching my legs all day, not sure but the room was not that clean . Needs repairs.

Manager was extremely courteous. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Good food and solid bar. Very large area to relax and socialize

Would have given it a higher score if I hadn’t had problems with the shuttle. I was told that the shuttle stopped at 12:00 midnight. I was told before hand that my 11:30 PM arrival would be OK. When I arrived at that time , I called the hotel, all I got was a recording. I tried again and again untll someone answered at midnight. Iwas told shuttle closed at midnight, Sorry. I had to pay to get to the hotel.

Given the wrong room at check in. Floor in room was filthy. Refrigerator was not working. Mattress feel like cottage cheese. Temperature of room hard to regulate. Shower faucets coming loose. Room not cleaned one day. Very dissapointed!

Hotel restaurant was closed. We were given a handicapped room which we didn’t know about and we would have preferred a regular shower. Check in wasn’t available until after 4pm. We did arrive early but we were not notified when the room was ready and had to inquire on our own.

Overall it was a good stay. However, it was the “little things” that irritated me. The iron was broken, the shade were broken we lift them up and the turntable in the microwave was missing.
