The staff were extremely wonderful and very helpful

Lovely hotel, in a great location, but the pillows are far too soft and all 4 were the same. Why not have different types in the room, so you can choose which one suits?! And the doors were very heavy and loud when falling shut. I am also not a fan of windows between bed and bathroom and glass doors on the toilets. It is not functional, practical or romantic.

Clean, good staff,

Generally it is a good hotel, clean and great design. Unfortunately the staff is overwhelmed on many levels and simple processes are lacking, which does not match a 5* hotel any more. Some examples: after being seated at breakfast and left my belongings and bag at the table in order to get food from the buffet, I came back exactly 3 minutes later to find my bag moved to another place and completely unknown people sitting at my table. This was quite a worrying experience and actually makes the seating service unnecessary. There is long waiting time for the live cooking (over 15 minutes) and no process to assure the order of purchase (apparently women had to wait for their food even longer, even though the male customer ordered their food after the female customer). I found this a very one-sided, not to say sexist, approach. Glasses and some dishes were lacking over one hour before closing time and no one refilled. All in all I will probably not recommend the hotel to my colleagues any more and will get another hotel the next time I visit, service/price ratio was better 2-3 years ago and one had the feeling it was a special place and experience. Unfortunately this is not the case any more.

Hard to prefer staff,hospitality, room, or restaurant as all were so good.

Been staying here for 10 years for shows. There is a huge rodent problem in the hotel. Management knows but is not concerned about addressing it but covering it up. Truly a health safety hazard.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want to eat and not have to cook for yourself. I had a cheese omelette and a plate of fresh fruits and an oatmilk hot chocolate. The artwork was exquisite. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant. Very upscale clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, and you are right off Königstraße eith access to shops and a short walk to the altstadt. For those who enjoy fashion and a high end experience would recommend this hotel. Worth the price. Very friendly staff as well.

Centrally located very efficient reception and concierge staff ,good breakfast offer. Atrium style hotel and rooms looking onto courtyard of offices its better to draw curtains as bathroom and bedroom allow being overlooked. Bathroom is neither soundproofed or private. Good shower. Typical early 2000 Americanische architecture.
