If you are going to the Cajun Dome you can’t beat the location.

Amazing, everything about the hotel was excellent, the food the service all of the staff were friendly and helpful and the front desk personnel were the best. Thank you.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The restaurant options were limited, and the food was not that great. Tomatoes in gumbo---Not what we are accustomed to in this area. During the "buffet" breakfast, the hot food was kept covered and was guarded by the cook, who was on a cell phone while standing at the serving area, talking on what seemed to be a personal call instead of trying to serve customers. We had to wait on him to serve our food, and he seemed irritated that we wanted any sort of service (as opposed to letting him complete his phone conversation).

We decided to stay here to attend the Jelly Roll concert. The staff were very friendly and professional. We went to eat at Chimes prior to the concert and the manager gave us a parking pass so that we would be able to park at the hotel again. We were able to walk over to the Cajun Dome for the concert. Very convenient.

Staff was helpful, recommended the restaurant on the main floor, i had a delicious burger and fries for a good price, it was nice not to have to leave to eat.

Staff and amenities made my stay extremely comfortable and welcoming. Only complaint is the shower was not clean and there is gum stuck to the back of the wall. If I need a hotel for school again, I will definitely be back.

Balls smelled like mold hair in tub when we first went in the room I bit by some kind of bug

It was a very good place to stay, have been there several times over the years. The rooms are clean, noisy is negligible, and the small restaurant is quite good.

Excellent stay and excellent service. Great rooms. Bar staff super nice and caring. We had a great stay. Strongly recommend this hotel. Only drawbacks, is that it does not have a pool

Hotel was mediocre at best. We were stuck right above the gym and public bathrooms so we had to hear toilets flush ALL night long. Rooms were poorly lit and felt like they are spot cleaned at best. Loud hotel. Would have rather paid the extra $50 for the Courtyard.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were hesitant after reading some reviews about the beds as my wife suffered two compressed discs after a fall a few months ago, but she slept well and said the bed was quite comfortable. Reasonable pet fee and breakfast was awesome, and inexpensive if purchased at time of booking. Quiet area and we felt very safe walking our dogs.

The listing said “pet friendly”…. I didn’t realize that meant it was a bad g dog kennel. All kinds of people with big dogs. They scared my daughter something awful. My wife was concerned about getting fleas, and ticks on our clothes. Across the street a fair was going on. Loads of drunken people, and the police arresting people on ever corner around the hotel. Not a very good experience in all. But despite the dog kennel, and the fair; the staff were nice folks.

The hotel in general was comfortable but in the morning when I when I asked for two slices of toast I was charged $6.50, even with todays inflation that seems a bit much!!!!

I did get to the Hilton Hotel Cajun Dome very late. It was easy to check in. The noise from the air condition auto kept sounding as if we were close to a washroom, in which I could not rest well. other than that, my stay was good.

We stayed in room 122. Upon leaving the hotel and arriving back home, within 2-3 days I had welts all over my arms and legs. I went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with bed bug bites. The doctor said it takes 2-3 days for welts to appear. The bites were from your hotel room. In addition we carried some of these bugs home with us. I would not post this if corp and the hotel were a little more sympathetic and offered some type of comp for our troubles. The corp office thought that I was lying and did not stay in the hotel. Mgr said he would look into it. Curious to know if next person who stayed in room 122 had the same experience

The cleaning staff! OMG! They enter your room without knocking, they vacuum at 7 am, they told us if we wated them to stop coming in our room we HAD to put out the do not disturb sign, otherwise they would keep coming in. Never have I encountered such a rude housekeeping staff. They left their vacuum cleaner in the middle of the hallway where you couldn't get by with your luggage, the list hors on and on.
