Great place to stay. Very clean, updated furniture, touch lamps, Keurig coffee pot and pods. Dove products in the Bathroom. Backlighting. Friendly staff.

Probably the best hotel near Salisbury Maryland. It was quite and absolutely everything we needed

Air conditioning in room and throughout common area was musty . HVAC system is in need of service. First room they gave us the carpet was actually wet around the air unit and room smelled of mold. Second room was better, no wetness on carpet but air was musty. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would not recommend due to HVAC.

I was nervous after seeing reviews, but this hotel was great! Staff were attentive, welcoming and kind. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again while visiting kids at SU.

The property wasn’t bad but, when customer service sucks it makes the visit not good. The young lady who checked me in was pleasant. We walked into our room and felt an immediate heat wave. So the front desk clerk on the night shift and the older clerk who came in that following morning stated that since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) we could not get our room changed. The older front desk clerk was nonchalant about it as if we were bothering her. I just hope they do better with future customers and properly fixing malfunctions.

Property was dirty, including our sheets upon check in. Staff was very pleasant and responded quickly. Owner/manager response was terrible. Only one person in hotel at check and she had left the desk to do other work. We had to wait with others for quite a while. Would never stay again. Used to love Holiday Inn Express. What happened????

Hi, first we were sent to a room with no AC, then to a small room with no phone. The shower was dirty and the carpet was not vacuumed well. It just seems this Holiday Inn Express has gone down hill. We miss people like Ms Rae at the front desk.

Location was close to everything, but had to drive. No way to walk anywhere safely. (No sidewalks)

The shower was dirty, I don’t think they have it clean it in so long time. The towels were clearly used it and they didn’t change it before our arrival.

Felt uncomfortable that they made us sign a contract at sign in about no smoking and charge a security deposit on credit card.

Very hard to connect with hotel manager when you have a concern. My calls were forwarded offsite to a customer service 3x when i asked the front desk for the hotel manager.

The money is not worth what they offer AT ALL!! And be prepared for a $100 incidental hold on your card that takes days to come back to you. Breakfast was mediocre as well. Never coming back. Very nice staff tho. I will say that.

The room smelled like mildew. It was as if linens were washed and not dried properly before bringing them back into the room. There was some dampness on the bed as I laid down. Also the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work either so I couldn’t shave. Other than the overall smell of the room and not having an effective electric socket in the bathroom, my stay was ok

We picked the Holiday Inn Express for a few reasons, but we knew we would have some down time and wanted to relax by the pool. When we got there and inquired about the pool, we were that the manager had left for another location and that the pool was not open.
Then when I paid for the room, the price I was told or charged was $100.00 more then I was given by Expedia.
The person at the front said that they charge that for incidentals and if there were no issues with the room that I would be refunded in about 14 days...

The room was run down and dirty. For the amount of money charged this room / hotel it should have been at least above average overall. I like Holiday Inn Express so there are no surprises. This was an unpleasant stay in Salisbury, MD.

I had a very negative experience the day I checked out with the hotel front desk attendant and when I asked her name she told me her name was front desk. I made a complaint with her manager so I will see how that goes.

This is a great hotel. I would definitely return. The housekeeping staff could do a better job. They didn't make the bed. They literally just pulled back the cover. Others it was great

This location definitely met our needs for the two nights we were in the area. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I wish I had been informed of the $100 fee that was tacked onto my bill at the beginning so I didn't have to question it. It was for incidentals, and has been credited, but I think guests should be advised at checkin. Would stay here again.

When we checked in they placed us in a room that was not cleaned well. It smelled terribly like body odor. There was crap all over the carpet. Smears all over the mirrors from an animal or child. The treadmill in the workout area is broke. The outdoor card reader to get in side doors is broke. The main areas look like the floors haven't been mopped in over a month. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in especially for the total price of around 250 for the night!

The property was clean and the staff was good. Our fire alarm started chirping at 3 AM though. I called the front desk and someone came up and changed the battery quickly.
The breakfast area was nice and clean. The food was adequate.
This was not an inexpensive place to stay but it served its purpose for us. One night stay.
