Location good , staff very friendly , Access to accommodation via the overflow carpark was excellent as I am disabled ( no stairs ) , very Good Breakfast Nothing to dislike about the Dartbridge Inn Do Not rely on the Post Code

Very clean. Room Needed updating . Occasional interference on tv. Large car park. Restaurant looked nice but didn't eat there

After experiencing an allergic response to something in the accommodation we were thrown out without any assistance. There was no compassion. No offer to help find alternate accommodation even though it was getting late. It was a long drive home with a very poorly passenger. The treatment we received at this hotel was appalling and dehumanising. It was a good display of a business trying to protect it's own interests regardless of what was happening. I would not wish it for anyone, or want it to happen to anyone else, ever. I can only recommend to stay away.

Stayed here because of convenience of location. Would not book again. Very VERY uncomfortable bed, noisy fire doors in corridor disrupted sleep and breakfast service was pretty poor.

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff, clean, tidy and felt safe. We were made to feel welcome by the management and all the servers/bar staff. Ll do an excellent job. Nothing too much trouble. I was very impressed by the hotel.

The Service was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The beer was nice but the Red wine I had was corked. The food was quite nice but was let down by not having certain things on the menu etc.

Stayed many times.always excellent throughout.

The overall property was lovely but due to lack of staff ,attention to detail was missing in the room & in the dinning room. And better double glazing would deaden the road noise. But we could not fault the staff friendliness.

Great place to stay to explore the local area

We found everything was good though Tv could do with more channels the one person who stood out was Holly very helpful friendly and nothing too much and a credit to the business thank you Holly from Steve and Debbie xx

Noisiest floorboards in the history of people using floorboards, good muzak in the bar area below my room but there was a speaker Right under the bed by about a foot which didnt turn off until nearly 12, at which time I found out that the tv in the next room goes really loud and the walls see quite thin. Two single beds pushed together is Not a double, whichever way you look at it, especially when one of them has knackered springs halfway down that jab you in the kidneys all night.

The staff were very friendly and most helpful. During our stay at the hotel there was an outbreak of covid among the staff but the few staff that were left all rallied round, deep clean the restaurant and bar area and kept things running. The food was excellent and there was a large choice for breakfast.

Just a 3 night break ,very cosy an nice will definatley be going back

The provision for Gluten free diets in the restaurant area for main meals needed improvement. Also I ordered a Beef Pie which was sadly lacking in meat; this was not a Gluten free option

Lovely clean room. Ideally situated and convenient for business travel. Road a bit noisy and noise from downstairs bar apparent but didnt disturb my sleep. Food was good and service excellent.

Sadly was disappointed with my visit. broken loo, and tapes, very hot room and breakfast wasn't much better. Im sure this is a one off as the Inn looked nice and the staff were great.

Too near the main road, bit noisy

Just stopping over on the way home from holiday. Everything was fine. Room fine and staff very helpful.?

Very noisy as windows old & next to road. Hair in sink, teacup stained, sink tap not attached to sink, shower intermittent heat, no hand soap on bathroom even after asking. Food value for money but long waits.

the hotel was very welcoming and is a great place to stay, the staff were great and the food was pretty good as well the only fly in the ointment was that my room was not up to the same standard (room 11) it had a large hole in the wall partially hidden by the wardrobe, the bathroom tap was very loose, to get into the room was a bit of a challenge as the lock was not working properly so had to force key in and out and being on the road side it was very noisy with the window open. I would recommend staying here if you had a different room.

We stayed 3 nights. Brilliant location. Very central, found it easy to travel to different areas, ample parking. Plenty of outdoor tables, spacious interior. Staff were really nice. Meals were lovely. Local staff were really helpful.

Poorly run restaurant. Evening meal - one tap cider not available, one of the main signature dishes not available. Breakfast terrible - no muffin for the egg royale, no black pudding for the full English, no yoghurt, no pastries or croissants for the continental breakfast and the brown bread ran out just after we had been served. Bed was a tiny 4’6” double which was lumpy and uncomfortable. Music from the bar audible in the bedroom- stopped at 2315 and started at about 0730. Staff were resigned to the conditions, not empowered to make them better. Not impressed- won’t be going back
