Location was good. Room & bathroom was clean, beds comfortable with good mattress. Friendly staff.

Hotel was getting some refurbishment so did not get a chance to have breakfast which once finished I am sure will be very good as the breakfast room was huge & looked like there would be a good variety buffet style.

Booked through booking.Com only to be told by the hotel that there were no rooms available! They managed to fit us in to a small double room with no windows. It was less than ideal, but the hotel receptionist was very good and did her best!

Such good value for money was very surprised at how lovely the room was.

Couldn't make the checkout any later than 10am on a Sunday which is a bit severe. Would be good to pay a little extra and leave a little later.

Location was fine. Didn’t have breakfast.

Paying for Wi-Fi was not expected and rate now. Not impressed. Pillow was thin and useless. Vent outside the room was loud and droning all night. Woke early and was unable to get back to sleep as a result.

I liked the beautiful building and it's two minute walk to sea front.

First of all when you booked ...selected room was with window and i made sure by requesting room in written with window which they accepted but afterwards called back close to check in time..not available window room ..but you would have cool air all the time..Room was like a jail no window, no exhuast...it was so underground that you need 5 to 7 mints to find out the way to come at the reception and worst part was cool air was turned off after 01.00am ...couldn't sleep at all...and instead of 10.00am checkout i made my self check out at 05.45am preferrred to leave early..Car park was listed at the property but it wasn't the case..i been told to park on the off street outside hotel

Location was excellent only a few minutes walk to babbacombe seafront and shops nearby and staff were friendly gave 100% and would help with anything you needed

Curtains hanging off and had a dirty kind of mold on the back of them and the wall above our bed had what looked like someone had thrown coffee at it but didn't hinder our stay at all.

It was one of the worse experience I have ever had .no room service and staff must tell me this but they didn’t unfortunately and they just tried to be apologetic . I will never go back again 🤦‍♂️

Smells , mattress was very bad and no room service . You pay money and you have to sort yourself out .

The staff were all amazing, all so friendly and couldnt do enough for us. The entertainment was lovely and we really enjoyed the singer after a long day of driving.

Bed could be a little comfier, bathroom a little fresher but nothing major.

they make me feel really special here - especially Nikki, what a credit to the company. she welcomes me on first name basis, even tho there are 60+ guests in the hotel, she takes the time to make me feel so welcome that I don’t want to stay anywhere else because of her.

sometimes the beds aren’t great, but if I go and find Nikki she sorts it out instantly.!!
