We absolutely love staying on property, having access to the hot springs on both check-in and check- out days is the best. The views from the Cliffside are beautiful. If you're looking for an updated room, definitely stay Creekside.

The cabin we stayed in was not very clean. Dirt on the couch, dirt and dust bunnies in just about every corner, cobwebs hanging from lots of places. For paying almost $500 per night, I would expect better cleanliness. The condition of the locker room/spa side has declined since our last visit - hardly any of the lockers work, not as clean as you would expect in the locker rooms.

Lovely cliffside room. Room was a bit older, but bed and bedding were very comfortable. I loved having the option of the river or the pools

Hotel was nice and let us check in at 2:30 which I had requested. We stayed in cabin #3 which was a nice location and cabin. Pictures show a dining area with a table and chairs but our just had a corner booth type table and no moveable chairs. Cabin sleeps 8 but there is only room for 4 to sit in the living room which made watching tv/football difficult w/o dining chairs to accommodate the other adults. Also the blinds in the master bedroom are stuck all the way open with no cord to lower them. For over $500 a night for a cabin the least you could do is make sure there are working blinds in the bedroom. We came for our anniversary with our adult children and family from out of town. My husband is disabled and we came to enjoy the healing hot springs. Unfortunately he fell/slipped on the wet path from the 1st chair next to the cold plunge to the door. He possibly broke a few toes and he fell on his knee implant which tore up his leg. We were no longer able to enjoy the water due to gushing blood and no one on site able to clean it up and treat it. It was extremely dark and there was a huge puddle of water from people exiting the pool that no one was monitoring. Very disappointing that they don't have better policies in place to keep customers safe and that basically we were just given an apology and nothing else was offered even though we were done soaking after 2 hours dues to the injury. We weren't even given our free drinks that we were included w/stay. Locker room was dirt

So expensive, such low quality of room, no table or chairs, no place to hang coats, wet suits. The pool’s were not open during the week. We had to drive to the pool every day. Restaurant prices are outrageous, we drove 10 miles to Buena Vista for our meals. Will stay elsewhere next time!!!

Great spot for our honeymoon, very relaxing we ended up extending our stay. The adult pools were awesome! Highly recommended.

Still a great place to visit. Service was a little lacking- seemed like they were struggilng a bit with staffing to keep up on a busy weekend. Food at the restaurant was great.

Room was a little older but very comfortable and the cliff side room had an amazing view! Staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The resort and hot springs were wonderful. Beautiful location. The springs were warm and plenty of space. Stayed in one of the small cabins near the pools and it was perfect for four friends. Beds were comfortable and things were in good condition. All in all cleaned. However the cobwebs in the loft area were all over the walls and the floors could have used a good clean overall. Some holds for towels and such would also be great. Will absolutely go again.

We stayed in the cliffside rooms and enjoyed a spectacular view of the surroundings. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom did not have more than one towel bar or hook to hang a bath towel. The sink, tub and toilet worked fine, but are probably 40 years old and should be replaced.

We had a relaxing time celebrating our birthdays in a beautiful setting. Love the Chalk creek part, the restaurant, and our creek side room. Sat out and watched all the stars!

The stay was great. The only improvement I would make is to have a room darkening shade on the front door instead of translucent covering which let in too much light in the morning ... I didn't want to get up with the birds!

Really pretty room on the creek.

I've been here many, many times. It is truly one of my favorite places on Earth.

I had heard a lot of good things about Mount Princeton Hot Springs but I could not have been prepared for the autumn beauty that I would get to see! It is beautifully tucked away from any towns so you are truly in a retreat sort of area. Our suite was a bit down the road so we had a bit of walking but it wasn't bad at all. There was a little bit of everything when it came to the hot springs themselves, but my favorite was the adult only relaxation pool. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, we spent 2 days traveling and were pretty much exhausted by the time we made it there. We had planned to go to the hot springs, but slept in and needed to get back to Colorado Springs, so we didn’t make it. However, we had a great night’s sleep😁. Thanks for everything!!

Overall completely satisfied. Clean, comfortable creekside room, definitely one of the nicer rooms. #65. Food soso but the only place to eat so thats the only disadvantage. Hot springs were wonderful.

The creek was really nice to relax in.The hillside room I stayed in,was very disappointing. It was not clean, everything but the coffee pot was old. The room really needs some serious updates. It 100 percent wasn’t worth the money I paid. Very disappointed with that part of my trip.

The spa was great. I have no issues with that. At check-in we were handed keys and given directions to hilltop. Come to find out the keys didn't work on the room at hilltop but did work for the cabin of the same number. On further inquiry I was informed we were then the wrong keys. The hilltop room was a FAR cry down from the cabin. The room was dismal and reminded me of a motel from the 80s. The lighting was dim, and only most of the lights worked. The bathroom was tiny and I guess clean. The room door left a gap at the bottom. The coffee machine only output 1/4" of coffee per cycle.

Okay overall. Customer service was good for the most part. Although the young lady working the counter at the spa was very unfriendly. The hot springs are nice. There is very limited lighting at night, which is great to cut down on light pollution so you can enjoy the stars. However, it’s borderline unsafe. It’s easy to fall on all the wet, uneven surfaces. We stayed in a Cliffside room for one night and found it to be very outdated and dirty. There was a toenail clipping, a few dead bugs, and a couple piles of dirt on the floor. The shower tub did not drain and there was mold on the walls. The view is beautiful, but the patio is tiny with zero privacy. There is a Nespresso machine that makes a great cup of coffee. There was good and bad to the experience, but the bad out weighed the good enough that I do not plan on returning.

I have been visiting Mt Princeton for the last 10 years. I love the additions ,but the amount of people there over Labor Day weekend was overwhelming.

The property was awesome! Tranquil and relaxing. The staff not so much. The hostess at the spa was very rude. She approached me while I was soaking in the pool and told me in a very rude manner that kids are not allowed in the pool. She saw kids with the same color of skin like me and she just assumed I am the parent. She didn't even bother asking me if I am the parent of these kids. Employees/staff need some DEI training.

We choose this place for hiking Mt Princeton. It is excellent to have hot spring after the hike.

I was here two nights for an event. The banquet staff and food were phenomenal.
The rest of it, not so much. This place is old and desperate for a refresh. Room was not worthy of the $300 per night charge.
I thought it was odd that I didn’t have a safe for valuables. The closest had one hanger. Sheets were scratchy, pillows old and musty. The room needed a deep clean.

Loved the pool options. Liked my massage and the therapist. Good breakfast. Dinner was good. Service was excellent Need to mention that the Spa Reception desk, with the exception of check-in, the girls were dismissive. Acted like it was a bother to get a towel or answer a question. This was surprising to me as the rest of the property, service was great, with a smile. We enjoyed the pools but would love to have had some umbrellas' to help with the direct sun. That surprised me.

We booked a one night stay on our way to Taos, NM. The Hot Springs were a joy to relax and unwind after 6 hours on the road. Our bartender was fantastic & the dinner & drinks were amazing. In the morning we enjoyed our breakfast and were able to sit in the hot springs again before we left.

Nice cabin to stay in for a family. Kids loved the pools and water slides. Lots of fun activities nearby including ghost town and rafting!

Place is super relaxing. We had high expectations since the first time we visit this place was super impressive. Sadly this time around wasn’t the same and we paid way more than the first time! We got there didn’t get no VIP benefits and the first room they gave us we walked in and the room was occupied so we went back to notify and got a different room definitely not what we expected for what we paid but oh well.

The cheapest rooms on the cliff side were indeed cheap and need of major renovation. Everything needed to be updated. The bathroom was very small and inadequate, especially for toiletries. The carpet looked 50 years old and was really grubby looking. For the amount paid to stay off season, a cup of brewed coffee was not even offered by at the front lobby.

The property and the view were absolutely amazing. The cliff side rooms are very outdated and not very nice. But the place is outstanding..

Always a lovely setting.
Though I have been here numerous times, it is the first I brought a 14 year old nephew. It was quite inconvenient to learn he could only use the kids pool. I somewhat understand the reasoning but if accompanied by an adult why not let a 14 year old be permitted to the other pools to relax. Hence, I did not want him to be alone so my husband and I had to only use the kids pool, too. Very disappointed with the arrangement of having to pay for relaxing and hotter pools only to deal with lots of small children.

Beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot springs.

The cabin seemed clean but it was not. No mattress covers, no pillow protectors, filthy ceiling fan, cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom floor had accumulated dirt in the corners. The entire cabin needs a thorough cleaning.
