Overall, the stay was really good. The employees didn't seem to have any personality, it was just a job and they did only what was required of them, in fact there was no one at the counter when i checked out, just a basket on the counter to leave the card keys in. The room seemed really clean, i didnt notice any red flags. The shower curtain needs to be replaced and the TV had 2 thin green lines in the picture. The breakfast was lackluster, but good. Very reasonably priced.

Great place to stay! Even during their renovations- the BEST service I’ve had and I’ve stayed at about 4-5 other properties in the last month. I will definitely be at this hotel for my future stays.

The beds had no sheets, the trash wasn’t emptied. Had to go to the front desk to get sheets for the bed and make the bed myself. Shower had not shower curtain. Ridiculous! This kind of service should be refunded!

A bit worn down and not exceptionally clean but it looks like they are about to remodel. Felt safe. Mattress cover had hair stuck to it which is kinda gross and leads me to believe they may not be cleaning all linens for new guests. Room had a weird smell like old curry. Breakfast was ok. No fruit or yogurt.

We a staff member at the front desk as well as a manager about the dirty condition of our room as well as the air conditioning not working correctly and they did not seem to care at all.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but probably won't stay there again. It seemed to need repairs and maintenance. An example being, the railing going into the pool was broken and laying over. Also, I know that Georgia has an "open carry" law, but was surprised that the hotel did not have a policy against this, as there was a gentleman in the elevator who was open carrying and was not law enforcement. Overall not a horrible experience, but I'll definitely look elsewhere in the future.

Great hotel except that the elevator did not work at 9:30am and we had to take the stairs along with our luggage. They said they were deep cleaning the elevator. Seemed to be a strange time for that

I loved my stay at this hotel. Very clean. I really enjoyed the pool and great hot breakfast. The staff was very professional and understanding.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. It is a pet-friendly hotel so take that into account when booking. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My biggest gripe was probably the staff did not move the smokers to the designated smoking areas outside. They let them stand by the door and I had to walk through it every time I entered.

Very pleased with everything - except the shower. It was a typical tub/shower combination but was very slippery. I felt unsafe and only used it once as a result. There is a single vertical handrail to assist getting in and out, but not one on the back wall which would help. I was otherwise happy - but would not want to fall and I really felt unsafe.

Wasn’t great, wasn’t horrible.
As soon as we got off the elevator, the smell of marijuana was strong. We did not like that, but thankfully our room did not smell like that. I wouldn’t stay here again.
