Bed is a bit hard!

The hotel was very dated, stained carpets, stained chair. Overall in dire need of a renovation. Would not recomiend to any traveller.

This hotel was adorable and in a great location in the old quarter.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and informative
I loved the decor. Our room was quaint with everything we needed.

Our hotel was very dirty. We had to call staff to clean it as hair and pee was left all over the toilet. We had to ask for our room to be clean again as everything was dirty. The beds very extremely hard so don’t expect a good sleep. The whole building had a strong odor

Expect to pay 2000~ yen to get to town, use the app for taxi's. For some reason they will not stop for you on the streets around the hotel, nor come when calling the office directly. The hotel was great though

Hotel is quite dated and needs improvements. Bathroom sink was clogged and had to fix it myself.

The store hours are a little confusing and so is the restaurant hours if you want to eat something during the middle of the day good luck you have to pretty much get transportation to get away from the hotel...
And they seem to not want to offer concierge service to get your baggage to your room even if you're handicapped which to me is not very kind

Needed one night near Narita airport at the last minute. This hotel was very convenient, clean, and inexpensive.

Room was dirty, had to change rooms which wasnt much better. AC in the room had smelled like it wasnt turned on for months, motel like room. Not near anything really, walking to 7 eleven was a little sketchy because of traffic.

Terrible. Dirty. Had to change rooms due to not cleaned. 2nd room they changed to had door key issue. We couldn’t leave the room until mechanic came by at 8am. One male Receptionist was very rude. Othered were ok. Room was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The staff here were very courteous and helpful. They could speak English well and genuinely wanted to accommodate us. The bar had a nice light supper when we arrived and the breakfast was amazing, well worth the price. The restaurant and bar are set next to the koi pond and garden with floor to ceiling windows so the atmosphere was clean, light and beautiful. The room was clean and updated though the hallways had older carpet and smelled of smoke. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the shuttle ! But I didn’t buy food before arriving they have a store on the property but limited options . No Uber eats go to the hotel and their isn’t good walking distance.

We ended up leaving shortly after checking in. The bed was probably the worst I experienced during my entire trip to Japan and we quickly realized we weren't going to be able to sleep there. The hotel overall looks like it has not had any updates since the 70s or 80s. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who is used to a regular western style bed.

This is an older European style hotel; dated but in a charming way (to me). The bed was firm which I can see being an issue for some, but it was fine for my two night stay. I took advantage of their free shuttle each day; it was right on time every time. While the Senses restaurant was only open for breakfast (which was a very nice selection) I was happy with the options the convenience store inside the hotel had to offer. There isn’t any shopping or restaurants within walking distance, which was fine for me as I wasn’t there for that. I appreciated the quietness of the hotel and I especially liked the koi pond and sitting area they have outside of the restaurant.
