Watch out for the $3.00/night parking fee. I was not told about it at check in/out, nor was it mentioned on hotels.com when I booked the room. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Stay was fine. But why do we have to pay for parking? This put a big negative on our stay?

Hotel only had one working elevator which caused a long walk to room

Nice property with a roomie one bedroom suite. Great staff. The usual tired breakfast buffet we find everywhere.

Very pleasant 3 night stay. All of the staff was smiles and said hello. Good breakfast, good gym, and a fun fire pit and pool.

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fresh and a lot of choices. The ladies making breakfast had everything stocked fresh biscuits and eggs 20 minutes before breakfast ended and we're very friendly.

We asked for a quiet room. We were placed on 2nd of 3 floors and the guest above us were stomping around til 130am. We were told breakfast was served until 9 am and at 10 til 9 even the yogurt (which was all we wanted) was put away. We callee after check out when we realized a bracelet was left in our room. We called less the an hour from checking out. The front desk would not assist. Transferred us to head of houaekeeping. I left a voicemail with the information and my contact #, no one returned the call.

I needed a place to stay under not so great circumstances, the staff was above and beyond and even brought a gift bag to my room. That act of kindness was exactly what I needed.

Came in for a church conference for two nights. Great room and amenities. Front desk staff, breakfast staff, cleaning and maintenance staff that I cam into contact with were all very nice and welcoming. Great stay for the price!!

Poor entrance outlook, rest ambiance is good. Food presentation is good but the quality and variety of breakfast items is lesser than Best Western Plus just opposite to it. Stayed for 2 days and both days there were no bananas in breakfast. Sausages are permanently of pork and do not provide beaf/chicken sausages.
They charge for parking which is not mentioned while booking the hotel

Location was good. Hotel is dated and room has odd smell. Elevator didn’t work. Got an unexpected charge to my debit card for $3.00. Was told later it was for parking security…??? I travel a lot. That’s a new one! And wasn’t informed about it ahead of time.

The stay here was a nice get away for the weekend. The bed and pillows made for a great rest while the rest of the hotel was just as relaxing and clean! The shower was perfect with great smelling shampoos and body wash! Would love to stay again

Key fobs didn’t work well. Breakfast nice but not hot. Elevator out. Room nice, but price was high for last night. ? Nice outside area. There shouldn’t be a charge for parking. Evening reception or bar. Staff was great. We would stay there again.

Overall I would say we had a good stay. Except our room was not serviced. The room was not cleaned, trash was not emptied, and we did not get fresh towel service.
