Not a good night sleep at all. Room next to the elevator, and machinery would run on and off all night long.

This was by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in. It’s semblance of a Holiday Inn Express was by name only. Aside from interior entries, it’s amenities reminded me of a Motel6 or Super8. Mini travel hair dryer. Bathroom starting to fall apart. Breakfast vouchers to enter the free breakfast room. Then there are things that made us regret our stay. The carpet clearly hasn’t been cleaned in ages. On top of that, the room description on Expedia didn’t match what was at the site. The hotel manager was acutely aware of the discrepancies but was unsympathetic and blamed me (the customer), corporate, and Expedia. It felt like a bait-and-switch!

Horrible staff horrible amenities

I like the layout of the room that i booked and also free breakfast and parking.

I was surprised that they came in as it was a two day stay and they stated after every visit or every 5 day. So when our disposal water bottles where gone we figured the cleaning staff removed them for us but we are from Saskatoon so we return our bottle for the deposit back so should have but them back in our bag instead on leaving on the table.

Loves the pool, room was clean and comfy. Noise from the trains kept me awake most of the night so if you are a light sleeper don't get a room facing the tracks.

Train behind the hotel plus very dirty plus everything bad

Great place to stay. Very friendly accommodating staff. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Pool was smaller than expected. Excellent breakfast, hot and topped up regularly. Would stay there again!

Very quiet area and rooms were kept very well tidy! However the bathroom toilet was not elevated very well and you really have to crouch down.

I've stayed a lot of Holiday inns and this by far was the best. Property was spotless, service on point, plenty of parking, great selection at breakfast, comfy beds. I was travelling with my family & we had separate rooms, we both agreed we each had the same positive experience.

Great visit during Canadian Volleyball championship in Edmonton. Holiday Inn sets a high standard and met it without problems. From friendly counter and dining area staff to hot coffee available throughout the day, I'll be coming back on my next visit to Edmonton. Only concern was the lack of recycling bins for soda and alcoholic beverages. Having them would encourage recycling. Great location to dining and shopping needs.

The e transit wake me up early in the morning, but over all the stay was ok.

The place was very clean and labeled properly so everything was easy to find. I love that the pool and breakfast area was close the the front desk and the main elevator. The only thing I wish the curtains could close to make the room dark so I could have slept better. Everything else was very good

After the last hotel had no heat we checked into this lovely property and are grateful for heat, a working coffee maker and kind staff.

Anybody with a service animal should avoid this place entirely. The manager Anthony was more than rude. They have an illegal internal policy to have the "Owners" deciede whether or not your certification meets their approval. I have all the appropriate paperwork for our dog. Upon showing Anthony his certification he immediately escallated the issue and did not understand the rules around service animals in Canada. He took this a personal insult and cancelled our booking. During the cancellaton process he continued to be argumentative, dismissive and insulting. He should hold the position of manager anywhere. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns with my service dog with no issue. I have never had such a terrible experience checking into a hotel in my life. Never going back! Update, they also didn’t fully cancel my booking, charged my credit card and asked me for a review on how my stay was. What a terrible manger Anthony is.

Breakfast was good, friendly staff. I only gave it a 4/5 because the place is getting older/dated.Was a very good location for us.
