Everything was perfect. We received an upgrade due to a malfunctioning AC unit. The suite was awesome. Bed was excellent. The bed was so comfortable I want to buy one. It has all the amenities. Pool, hot tub, awesome restaurant. Friendly staff! Thank you.

Nothing. Things happen. Any AC can break down. It was the service and hospitality that turned it around for us. Thank you Sandman, Sherwood Park.

I loved the kitchenette. It had a full refrigerator and freezer, updated stove top, microwave and dishwasher. The sink was deep and well thought out. The bathroom was beautiful. Updated shower with rain shower head and a wand. The tub was deep and clean. In general the room was modern and comfortable. We brought our dog who has many medical issues and having these type of facilities made it easier to take care of his needs. Also there is ample green space out front to take them to do thier business.

The room we were in was next to the elevators so you heard the mechanisms pretty well all night. That was a nuisance. Should have the head of the bed against the far wall instead of against the elevator wall. Shower door wouldn't close all the way but it didn't affect showering.

Clean and very nice pool.

Your wifi is absolute garbage. Couldn't connect half the time, and when you did connect, it would work for a short amount of time and then disconnect. When traveling with kids, wifi is a thing today. You seriously need to address that issue. Aside from that, great staff, clean and comfortable.

The shower was insane to work. The base was incredibly slippery..

We love the location of the hotel, not far from shopping and restaurants. Perfect for when we come for a family vacation. My 3 yr old loves the pool! We are there all the time.

The weekend we were there was very busy, and we wanted to change rooms to get a different view and to get away from the elevator, and they couldn't accommodate us, so that was a slight bummer. Other than that it was a good stay!

The coffee in the lobby is a fantastic feature of the Sandman. We didn't order breakfast, but we went to Chop for lunch. Delicious. The pool is warm. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Housekeeping was great when we asked for items such as fresh towels and dish soap. We were in the executive suite so we could have a kitchen and refrigerator in our room. It is well worth the value. Great stay once again.

Pool and hot tub were lovely, as was the provided robe. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable
