The waterslide was a lot of fun. The pool is a bit cold though.
The beds are super comfy!
I like the central air in the room....instead of the noisy wall units other hotels have.
We had a suite. Loved having the separate living room.
The breakfast was hot and good.

Rooms were ok, but the staff and front desk is 5 star!!!! We ran into a little problem after we extended our stay but the staff was friendly and helped us figure it out!!!

The hotel is dated. Pool area was very worn. The hot tub was luke warm. The water slide was never turned on. My daughter was there Friday- Sunday. I was there Saturday-Sunday. It had said it would be open around 2pm. The beds were very hard. Breakfast was limited. My daughter and I...in different rooms both had cold showers in the morning. The water never even got warm..it stayed tepid. I was not impressed for the $200+ we spent staying. Will not be staying there again.

Room was clean, beds were comfortably. Close to several restaurants. Staff was friendly, o ly issue was our key cards quit working not long after we checked in. Front desk reset them.

Our stay was for the the most part really good. Our last night staying their were 15 kids playing and splashing in the hot tub so it wasn't to enjoyable with them splashing.

Friendly staff as always since I've stayed here 10 times in the past. This time, it feels like the quality of the hotel went down. Locks for the rooms are finicky. Our a/c barely worked in this crazy 90° temp.

Loved this motel and water park! The water and room temperature in the water park was perfect and there was plenty to keep all the kids (and adults) occupied. The rooms were clean and the bunk bed rooms were great for the kids. The only complaint I have is the arcade. There were several games out of order and the air on the air hockey table wasn’t strong enough to play at all, so I did not get to stomp my 11 year old nephew when he challenged me! Will definitely stay here again!!!

The water slide and pool were decent and fun for the kids. The slide exit was separated from the shallow portion of the pool, so that’s nice for parents with little ones who need calm waters.
The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. The shower and bathroom were nice. The warm breakfast was good, as well as the coffee and lemon infused water.
This hotel manager has a strict check in time of 3 pm, and while the staff was able to accommodate us at 2 pm, it was an uncomfortable exchange. One of the desk clerks was very concerned that she would be reprimanded for allowing us to check in early, as she had been reprimanded previously for early check-ins.

It had a strong smell of marijuana in the hotel on every floor. Shower wouldn’t make hot water. Tiny garbage cans in rooms and they don’t empty them daily.

The room we had was not cleaned before we entered, towels on the ground bed not made ect, Ricardo did his best to fix the issue, he was great! Got us a new clean room, unfortunately the new room didn’t have towels and the tv remote was not working.

The waterslide doesn't run on the days we were there. There was a sign next to the guest service representative, but not on the website (hotels.com). When he said the waterslide wasn't running that day we laughed because we thought he was joking. He looked at us with a very rude face and said he wasn't kidding. What a let down. This was during spring break and the exact reason we came. The staff was terrible after that. We will never be back. The kids were so disappointed.

Overall, stay was okay. Hotel was clean, staff were personable. However, I paid a bit extra for this hotel so my son could play on the water slide. Also paid for a room with 3 beds. I learned on Sunday that the slide is only open on Friday and Saturday. Also, there were no rooms with 3 beds available due to renovation going on. I was told that 3rd parties will sell rooms that aren't really available - nothing they could do outside of offering me a king bed or a cot. I slept on a cot the first night. So uncomfortable (physically) that I slept with my brother the remaining nights (mentally uncomfortable). After returning from a long day of walking (zoo and parks), we got to the hotel and the elevator wasn't working, had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. Overall, the stay was okay but quite a few disappointments and frustrations along the way. Not sure I'd stay there again.

We stayed the night before having surgery. All I wanted was a comfortable bed, a few hours to relax in front of the TV and a basic breakfast for my husband. TV didn't work with 'no connection' messages & front desk had no solutions. Bed was on the hard side and warming trays at breakfast left food cold to lukewarm. We're not typically hard to please, but this stay was very disappointing.

We booked this room because of the waterslide. We checked in and the man at the front very rudely pointed to the sign that says no waterslide except of weekends?? He said we were lucky because he had opened it up for an hour for somebody ELSE (rude!) so IF we hurry up we could catch the end of that. Thanks.

I will never book through Hotels.com again. I booked at this specific hotel due to the large slide. Once i booked and received the confirmation email it stated the slide is only open Friday's and Saturdays, we booke Wednesday and Thursday nights. I contacted hotels.com as soon i seen the message on my confirmation email to cancel the room. They told me to contact the hotel itself because i would be charged to cancel with them. I called the hotel who said they can't do anything with the reservation sinces its booked with hotels.com and that they should of informed me before booking. I looked everywhere on there site for slide hours and they did not have that. They still wanted to charge me to cancel even though they didn't have the information available to me until after completing the booking.

Booked my two rooms a month out so they could be next to each other, called day before trip to make sure they were close and not on differnt floors. Was told they couldn't due to rooms and one was gonna be on the third and one on second. I want to be close tp family thats why I booked the 2 rooms together. Staffing was not the greatest. Rooms are very old hard to scan our cards. Instead of pulling handle down and pushing in to room we had to lift up handle and pushing in. Keys would work one minute then not the next. Room are old rips on chair and sofa. Floor in rooms are very nasty and dirty. As i was barefoot and noticed my feet was nasty as i got into the shower. Its in a safe place but will definitely not recommend as staff and services were not the best.

My flight was delayed by over 3 hours. I tried to check in with my 8 year old son at 4:30am, & Makayla Walce. Informed me that because I didn't call to say my flight was delayed that she couldn't honor my reservation. She called a manager who told her to honor the reservation, but to come down at 11am to formally check in again. She then told me that if I don't come down before 11am to check in, that they will call the Police to have us removed. She was an abominable damper on the start of our stay at Comfort Inn, but was redeemed in part by the other friendly staff who apologized for our treatment at check in.

While the carpeting in the halls definitely needs some updating, the rest of the property seems to be in good shape. I wish the hours of the waterslide in the pool area were longer (we weren't able to use it). The front desk had to check to see if our room was ready which made check in take a little longer, but they were very friendly and did this as efficiently as possible. Overall, a good experience.
