Morning breakfast staff, the old lady who is in charge is so rude.She doesn't know how to respect guest. She treated me with my skin color. Only because of her, I will never go back or advice any of my family and friends to go this hotel. Apart from this woman, all staff are so kind and frinedly.Everything was good. I also working in Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. I understand customer service too.

This hotel is very nice, we loved the rooftop bar. Just had no idea the town was full of very young ppl partying all night. I found it difficult to sleep, as the whole city seems very loud, just not my scene anymore, haha.

It is a hotel that is a connected to another hotel, which has a lower review, seems renovated.
The room we had was with a balcony and facing pool. Not the best choice if you want a quite night sleep, since its also faces a loud and lighted main street.
The room was not clean! We found hair in. Our sheets, 2 different kinds!
The bathroom dush was not working properly.
The gym was great, the breakfast was also very nice.
The service was generally ok.
All and all - i would not recommend this place, since its not clean, and maybe there would be a better places that would be more suitable, but if no other choice, its not a bad one

Well on checking in it appears that you only put one person down which was embarrassing and further cost. Hotel clean no entertainment unless you like ballroom, food not to our liking and cold still with all those different nationalities you can't please everyone, if your British not great

Not so fussed on the area of Lloret de Mar itself, a bit too party-ish for me and my partner but this hotel was absolutely fantastic, it is particularly worth upgrading to superior for access to the amazing rooftop pool which is highly relaxing with easy access to the bar. The breakfast was out of this world, everything you could possibly think of! Staff were always prompt and friendly. Excellent overall, cant think of any improvements!

We were allocated a room in the Hotel Delamar next door and were very happy with it. Only room for improvement were the balcony chairs which were all metal and extremely uncomfortable - like café chairs. We had booked a room with a bath but non were available. My 93 year old mother found the shower base a bit slippery but we were given a bath mat when we asked.

We didn't actually stay at the flamingo one, but the one next door (they have interconnecting hotels), Hotel Delamar. It was the best hotel I ever stayed at, considering the price we paid. We got freebies at checkin, towels for the beach, amazing breakfast. The whole hotel was newly refurbished and very classy, they have yoga and live music every week and an amazing roof terrace and pools. We literally didn't want to leave, it's now my favourite spot to go to on Costa Brava.

The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices and really good food. The only minus is that 2 big hotels are sharing the same breakfast bar and it's impossible to maintain social distancing or Covid-19 compliance, but they really tried. Everyone had masks and gloves on.
Overall it's a great spot for a couples vacation.

I enjoyed my stay it was clean and tidy the beds was comfy and i would deffo book this hotel again. We had half board and the only thing i wasnt to keen on was the dinner. They have different varieties but not enough for a person who does not eat pork.

The hotel is very fresh with a high class feel about it. The Avana roof top area has been appointed to a very high standard and gives the hotel a unique selling point in Lloret

I was on the 4th floor and when I asked if I could the swimming pool on riiftop floor I was told that it was only for people on the 6th floor and hotel next door. Which I was disappointed. Apart from that everything was good . Nice and clean hotel

We stayed for a couple of nights in this hotel. It is very good located, Lloret is a very cost town and bigger than expected. The roof top area is amazing. We decided to eat the dinner buffet one evening at the neighbour hotel Delamar, and their buffet was really outstanding.

Very good quality hotel for the 3 star rating. Rooms are modern everything is new and comfortable, awesome stuff speaking different languages. The food in the buffet is quite terrible: all good ingredients but cooked awfully, but with the good variety you might find something suitable for your taste. The only downside is the Lloret de Mar by itself, If you are traveler not a a tourist and not a teenager looking for the night parties, there is nothing to do in this ugly town and overcrowded beach.

Really enjoyed our stay as it is in such a good location with everything around you and a 5 minute walk to the main bus stop to the airport. Hotel is very clean and very comfy with good air con. The breakfast buffet was good but the dinner buffet wasn’t good but wasn’t expecting much either. There is so many places to eat around you that it won’t bother you at all. If you are expecting to sit around the pool and get a tan then you won’t get it as with where the hotel is situated it barely gets any sun but with the massive beach only 2 minutes away I would advise you just go there instead. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. Food was great & especially the fresh breakfast selection. Location wise you can’t get better, bus station 3-5min walk, beach 2mins & bars, reasturants on your doorstep. Lloret Water World is 10min bus ride (free bus) is a great day out for all ages. Overall a great place to stay.
