Really friendly staff, quiet and clean. As an English speaker, the staff went out of their way to help answer questions and assist throughout my stay.

We used port elche to be near airport for dropping hire car off then to have access to Alicante for a day and would definitely recommend. Although nothing around hotel itself being in an industrial estate it was perfect for what we wanted . Lovely little pool area and very happy with the HB food👌

Great 2 night stay. Staff fantastic and very helpful. Food excellent. Pool area was very nice and clean. Rooms need a little TLC - like a 3* uk room. Great location for the airport. City easily accessible also by bus.

This is a very convenient hotel for Alicante airport. On an industrial estate, but you'd not be aware of that once inside. Buffet breakfast served from 7am, buffet dinner served until 11pm. Good food, wide selection. Hotel is airy, modern, clean. Staff are mostly helpful. Bed comfortable, good facilities, shower powerful. The surprising thing about it is that its prices (drinks, food, etc) are not expensive. We recommend it as a peaceful way to overnight if you have an early flight out or late flight in.

The family room we were allocated was directly next to the reception & luggage store room. With a barking dog in the room next door it resulted in one of the worst nights sleep ever Staff did not inquire how our stay was at check out Very disappointing

Clean and quiet.

We had a great experience at Hotel Port Elche. We arrived late in the evening and even though the restaurant had closed they still arranged to cook us all pizza which was very welcome. Service in general was great. The room was spotless. The breakfast was really nice with plenty of options including gluten free. Perfect for an overnight stay!

It was good localisation. Between elche and alicante and closed to torrellano. 👌

Great hotel with good swimming pool and great bar staff

Very tired bedroom and bathroom, paper hanging off wall and grouting all gone black. Some of the staff very rude.

Big friendly Hotel with great outdoor pool and safe free public parking to the rear - the only thing that let down the Hotel was the early breakfast! (We had to leave at 6.00am and there was only coffee, juice & buns available - we would have expected more in a 4 star hotel)!!

Very basic rook which felt basic, lots of swollen wood around the door in the bathroom which wasn’t great. Okay breakfast, industrial surroundings.

The hotel is clean, has lost anything I would need accessible: insight restaurant for lunch and dinner with terrific breakfast included, other restaurants nearby including an excellent Italian place owned by a sweet Italian couple. I am a professional athlete so I liked that hotel is near open streets, bike/walling trail nearby, and pool on sight with gym (though the gym slightly too basic to meet the needs for a professional, it suffices). There’s an on sight bar that serves coffee and drinks. Staff is professional and friendly. Parking is available and easy. Airport only 8min drive. Location is a quiet and clean industrial area. Anything I needed to make a trip easy for arrival and departure is met at this hotel, so much so I choose this hotel as my designated hotel stop for my Alicante single night travel when I travel places utilizing the Alicante airport. Great room rates, too.

Our booking here was very last minute and we didn't arrive until 8PM. Room, parking and breakfast were £40 which was an amazing bargain. The hotel was less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Staff were friendly and polite, the room was a good size and quiet although it could do with more power sockets, there were only 2 in the whole room I think. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent. Breakfast had plenty of options and was very good.

Excellent location close to Alicante Airport

Nice hotel in a commercial district, nicely furnished, clean and felt new…..if you’re staying for conference it’s perfect as there’s little else nearby. If you like the sounds of planes through the night and commercial rubbish being emptied early in the morning this is the place for you. Love a squeaking bed every time you move and a weak shower that randomly scalds you……you’re in luck. However, thanks to the Expedia discount it was a great price.

Was a lovely hotel, very clean, quick check. In. Could do with some tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Brilliant food , room definitely stay here again

We used this as a stay prior to departing from the airport. Hotel is set in an industrial park, dinner choices are almost non-existent apart from eating in the hotel....not recommended! Otherwise property was perfectly good. No shuttle operated however there is an airporter bus that stops in front of the hotel. Hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the airport, a 21Euro ride.
