Tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zur Tram. Mehrere Lokale und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Im November ausreichend Parkplätze auf der Straße. Parkgarage ist auch inkl. Großes, helles Appartement, modern eingerichtet 2x Schlüssel war sehr praktisch Aufzug vorhanden Stühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden

Leider war das Appartement nicht richtig sauber. Der Teppich im Badezimmer war extrem schmutzig und auch die warme Bettwäsche, die wir aus dem Kasten geholt haben, war schon benutzt. Da waren Haare und Blutflecken drauf. Gut wäre gewesen, wenn Handseife und Duschgel schon da gewesen wären.

The apartment was fabulous! Had everything you needed plus more. Very spacious (we were a family of 7) Great showers! Nice pool and not busy when we stayed here. Definitely a comfortable stay. Hosts was very good at communicating and we had no problems at all to get the keys. All in all a wonderful stay. Great location, two minutes to the beach. Tram stop two minutes away. A little supermarket about three minutes walk and a few restaurants nearby.

A few extra mirrors would have been nice and another set of keys if you are staying as a bigger family.

Närhet till hav och spårvagn, härligt med balkong och stor lägenhet för 4 personer. Bekväma dubbelsängar.

Kastruller slitna, teflon lossnat. Skulle uppskattat mörkläggande rullgardin. Saknade bord på övre balkongen.

De ligging was top, dichtbij het strand met lange boulevard. Winkels dichtbij alsook een tramhalte. Het appartement heeft enkele terrassen, met en zonder zon, afh van de periode van het jaar. De slaapkamers en keuken zijn ok.

De leefruimte is wat klein en ook het meubilair is beperkt voor het aantal personen. Wij waren met 9. Ook was er wat weinig servies, misschien sommige dingen eens bijvullen, bijvoorbeeld 5 tassen en 2 wijnglazen is heel weinig.

The location was perfect, the flat was nicer and bigger than I expected. Very nice stay overall and the host met us on time with the keys and was very accommodating.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. There are so many balconies. The beach is a block away as is the tram. My regret? I can't live here year round!

The hosts are very nice, we arrived at a strange hour and they were at the property to welcome us. The duplex is very good, close to the sea, in a gated community. The equipment is good and it was very clean. There's also a cot for babies and a double bed for toddlers. They also offered us 2 bottles of water and one of wine. We didn't drink the wine so cannot advise but it was nice as a gesture.

Most of the windows do not close properly. The door opening to the main balcony is defect, it does not slide. So it was very difficult to close and open. It may not be a problem in summer but it was in February when there are some strong winds. The wifi only works in the living room.
