Not good. Hotel is under construction. No food no free breakfast available. Noisy. Shouldn’t be advertised as is on this forum

I would recommend Courtyard Marriott on Upper James in Ancaster,the rooms were inviting;clean and very comfortable.The only suggestion would be a microwave in the rooms.The staff were so friendly.I will be booking again in March

This was just a quick overnight after arriving at Hamilton airport on a very late flight. Check-in after 1AM was very smooth, there were some snacks for purchase which was great. Room was okay for my purposes. Main issue was the “extended” hours for breakfast on the weekend was just 30 min - most places would be an hour (to 11). When I popped down to at least grab a coffee at 1025, everything was cleared away, kinda irritating.

No hot chocolate, not even at the breakfast bar. Very nice hotel, with a nice pool. We were there for a family wedding so didn't bring bathing suits, but I later wished I had.

A decent stay, clean facilities, friendly front desk and room attendants. The location off the highway was convenient. Entering the room was clean but the air quality or smell of the room needs to be improved. It smelled a bit of smoke or odor. The shower also had a small hole in its tile where the shower rod may have been moved.and then reinstalled. I had to cover that hole prior to shower use. Overall the stay was adequate.

I ask for disability conditions for our room in a earlier email filter and Breakfast addon..we were disappointment that there was only a bar to use shower.we would have expected a sit down shower and a assist bar to use toilet. Plus the Breakfast we had to pay for was cold and items were incorrect for our order.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean pool with fresh pool towels. Center courtyard was an excellent place for us to hang out. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great deal for hearing to Hamilton for wedding for one night, would gladly do it again. The staff was awesome and that’s what made it stand out, quick in and out and free parking.

First time in Hamilton but many stays at Courtyard properties. Pleasant and obliging staff. Room spacious and we appointed. Clean and quiet. Will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay and will come back again; it is an older establishment and there are renovations under way so it with look better with a Facelift. Service was very good, and I was well taken care of!!

It is a nice clean hotel and a beautiful quiet courtyard just off a busy road. The only hiccup was, that their pol didn't work for the 3 days we stayed there, only opened the day we were leaving. But it is a very pleasant hotel to stay regardless.

The property was clean and comfortable and i would recommend, however if you are looking to use the pool inquire as to weather its going to be open. I was told it would be open for my stay and it was not. We had to go to another hotel and use theirs. It was inconvenient.

It was a good clean hotel. My only negative is that I prefer a buffet or continental breakfast. The breakfast I got had cold "toast" with cold hard butter - ie.... won't melt. Coffee was good though.
