The accessible room we booked was not an accessable one. They said there are two different codes, but that is not an option when booking through Expedia. So it was painful and almost resulted in a fall trying to have a bath and needing to ask for assistance to do so. It is very irresponsible to just say yhe accessible room wqs already taken when we got there, while sending a confirmation for an accessible room booked. Also the mosquito screen was broken, while the ac didn't work right and noisy in the end. But the main problem is having unnecessary pain from cramping due to an unsuitable room for a disabled person and nearly ending up with an injury. Who would have paid for that, Expedia or the hotel for now advertising this wrong?

Our Queen sized bed was actually just a double. We took a second night advertised as 2 Queens and it only had 2 double beds. I watched a front desk rep tell a customer since he paid cash, he would not get a receipt.

Clean basic rooms

Stayed 2 nights last week. Sheets, blankets and towels stained. I think they likely clean and just stained but still makes a person a little uncomfortable and question how well things cleaned. Bed was comfortable at least. I mean I guess its what to be expected for $70 a night. I was just happy AC worked.

When checking in I had to wait 30 minutes with 8 other people in the lobby. Then my room wouldn’t lock and even after showing the guy he did nothing. The next morning I did talk to someone different and she switched me rooms. Thanks. The next day was checkout and my husband broke down and I asked for a late check out which I got but come the time to checkout my husband still couldn’t get to us. No help from the motel and I’m sitting outside with 2 kids and 8 bags hoping my husband gets here soon. I would have paid extra to have the room longer.

Worked for what we needed. You can hear the occasional dog bark from the hall or another room, it is pet friendly hotel after all. Staff was great and super friendly

We've stayed before and that was noted. I was able to check in early hotel i ended up within a room on the main floor right by the lobby, not the quietest. Only for one night though so it was fine. Clean but very old and worn. Great for the price! Recommended for sure 👍

The room was in need of cosmetic repairs. The carpet had a hole in it and was detached at the entrance to the bathroom. The little bar fridge on the counter stop working in the night and the frost melted got my stuff wet. I had reserved a queen bed but got a double. The bed size was not a deal breaker but added to the frustration.

I picked this hotel as it was rated 8.2 for cleanliness, it is more like a 1! check in was dreadful and took 20 minutes with no one else checking in! once we went to our room we opened the door to blue carpets that were stained black, the bed skirt had black stains on it, around the sink was rust, not even a glass to get water in the entire room. i phoned the front desk was put on hold so i went down and asked the front desk person if he was aware of the rooms condition, he was very confrontational and immediately said i suppose you want a refund, i can show you another room, i went and it was in the same condition. We were late for a meeting so we had to stay to our dismay and no sleep as a large dog was barking in the room across, obviously there was no reason to call front desk. Check out the next morning was with the guy who checked us in, I was never so happy to get out of a hotel. the pictures on the site must be as old as dirt along with the ratings!

Hotel was clean and the staff polite the only thing I did not like was the homeless that are hanging around the back of the hotel.

It was convenient. Close to amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful The room was clean, but there was no safety latch on the outside door. There was no screen on the window, the air conditioner/thermostat was very difficult to control (the buttons had to be pushed VERY hard to work. There were stains on the bedding, and the carpets were worn/stained. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable, woke with a pinched nerve because of it. We had a floor close to the front desk, and could hear lots from lobby. Ultimately, we got what we paid for. Convenience. I have been in much worse, but in the vein of honesty, this place needs some TLC. Thank you for the "breakfast" of cold cereal and yogurt/coffee/juices. It was not advertised so was a nice gesture.

Great room for the price. Beds were firm which I love. Air conditioning worked great. No frills and half price of the usual hotels we stay at.

My daughter was nervous with some men who were hanging around outside. There were burn holes in the shower curtain and some sort of glue/sticky matter on bed cover - these were promptly replaced by the very nice lady at the desk. Breakfast items were minimal. I really wish that there was a coffee machine and water glasses in the room.

The toilet wouldnt flush they brought us a plunger so we did it the beeakfast isnt worth getti g up for two cerals containers barely full . But it is a budget hotel if thats what u need its perfect

No real pillowcases plus the bathroom was pretty dirt looking and no glasses

All areas of the hotel had an odd smell, our room in particular. The room accrpss the hall from us had a big hole in the door. Our room did not feel clean and we had to ask for new pillow cases as ours were noticeably dirty and covered in hair.

There was a cigarette burn on the bed spread and a wet spot on the rug. The toilet barely flushed
