Service was impeccable. As was the pool and the seating in the garden. The marble floor in the bathroom could do with some cleaning and polishing. The hotel is close to the Metro. There are lists of bars and restaurants nearby.

Property itself was fine, a bit outdated. Our main issue was the noise from the school right next-door. Location is a bit too far from main points of interest.

Beautiful Property near the heart of Valencia. A great base to explore the wider city by foot or cycling. Great staff and good restaurants!

The hotel was top class from start to finish. The staff were so professional and nice it was a pleasure to interact with them when you had to. Service was top quality and then food and drink that we had there was of a very good quality. I couldn’t fault them in any way.

Really nice, some bits of the room starting to look a little bit tired for a 5 star hotel. Pool and restaurant excellent. Good location and great staff.

Room, comfort of the bed, spa, breakfast was excellent. Only minor thing is that the dinner menu doesn’t offer lot of variety and vegetarian options. Could be more extended..

Good hotel and good service

The concierge and most of the staff were exceptional. One front desk reception lady with glasses was nightmarish. I hope she never works in hospitality again. The hotel is lovely, but the rules are inconvenient. Not allowing a family to have just 1 room is bizarre and a huge inconvenience. They insisted we take 2 rooms or get a suite, neither of which we needed. Also, not allowing 2 cots in a room just to garner more revenue felt like nickel and diming. The food was pretty average and pretty pricey for what it was.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The people were so kind and helpful, the building was beautiful, and I was happy to be there with such great service.

Spacious room, very clean and quality facilities. Nice patio. Good value overall. Location is a little far from most things to do in the city (unless you come for a football match) Swimming pool has restricted times for children, and our child was forced to leave falsely claiming adults were waiting, just to leave the pool empty.

Beautiful hotel, just across the park from the old city and easy to walk to (15-20 min walk). Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. We also walked to the Arts/Science museum from the hotel (30 min walk). We liked that it was quiet and we had a room facing the courtyard. The only downside would be the restaurants and breakfast is kind of expensive especially for those travelling with kids, but we found a great coffee/breakfast place in the neighborhood (Boscon Coffee) and there were many other nice restaurants near by or in the old city section. We were too busy to enjoy the gym and pool, but both looked very inviting. I would recommend the Westin to those travelling to Valencia. A beautiful city and we hope to visit again.

Enjoyed hotel especially since I was able to bring my pets. A few communication issues but I don’t speak Spanish so that is more on me. Will recommend the hotel. A few maintenance issues but most were addressed.

Clean and beautiful hotel. VERY friendly staff and great drinks in the bar. Very close to great restaurants, sightseeing and the beautiful park. Great place for renting a bike - the hotel will assist you and is very helpful.
