There was no heat in my room. It was 60f. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Shower dispenser was broken.

The location can’t be beat. It is easy to drive to and park. The staff is wonderful and the property is dog-friendly.

The lobby and hotel bar and restaurant are swanky which supports the price point. The rooms are aged, dark, and bland. Zero resemblance to the downstairs. We live in Steamboat and enjoy Vail often. Usually parking at the hotel, spending the day and driving home.

Our room never cooled off. We were in a two bedroom suite & the other rooms were fine but our temp. stayed too warm all night. We had to keep the doors open and that worked ok.

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location, right in downtown Vail and walkable to everywhere. Staff were wonderful.
Only complaint - if I’m paying $650 a night for what turned out to be a fairly basic room (certainly in comparison to other less grandiose hotels I’ve stayed at), I’d expect every aspect of our stay to be at a superb standard.
Our bathroom was pretty unimpressive, hot water tap leaked when the cold water tap was run, disappointed in the cheap quality of toilet paper!

The rooms are small, the bathroom are dated by decades, it’s not managed well, could get the lobby coffee machine fixed for a week I was told.

You can’t go wrong here! The location is perfect walking distance to everything and the hotel has all the amenities possible while being clean, beautiful and hip. You will not regret staying here.

We loved our stay at the Sebastian. The pool, lobby, bar, and other areas are all really nice. We had our little dog with us, and the staff was very accommodating. Not just for our dog, but other dogs as well. All in all it was very comfortable.

It’s always great. The valet guys always remember us. This is our 6 th time to stay here for the GoPro games.

I come to Vail 6-7 times a year but never stayed at Sebastian before. Overal impression was rather average. The room was tiny, the bathroom is very dated (walk-in bathtub shower with a nylon curtain). The gym and pool are also very small. The bright spot is the Gambit bar with live music.
The location can’t be beaten though. It is in the middle of everything Vail Village has to offer.

We had an incredible weekend stay at The Sebastian in Vail for the Vail Beer Fest. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was luxurious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning mountain views.
The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Vail Village, making it easy to walk to the festival and explore the local area. We particularly enjoyed the on-site amenities, including the cozy library, the heated pool, and the delightful Bloom Spa.
The attention to detail and the quality of service truly set The Sebastian apart. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

Gorgeous property, we loved everything about it. The beds were so soft and comfortable and the rooms were beautiful and well decorated with nice touches. I especially loved the heated pool and hot tubs which were all very nice on a cooler evening. The hotel bar was also fantastic with great service.

Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great location in the heart of the village. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hot tubs/pool were fantastic. Great stay!

Overall the hotel was ok. What was an immediate turnoff was the worn finish on the toilet seat, plus one of the rubber base supports was missing. So it was wobbly. Front desk told us the maintenance department would replace it right away. That never happened and we never received a follow up call from the desk. Disappointing experience in a lower priced motel much less a high end hotel.

Very well-situated hotel with a great pool! The room was a great size but there were not enough outlets, particularly by the beds, no charging ports and the bathroom feels quite dated. In a double Queen room, two sinks in the bath would have been helpful.

Good hotel although "pricy". Room OK, but fairly small window. Bed comfortable. Small bathroom. Nice pool/hot pool area. But that the hotel (with such prices) charge you additionally $25/pers for the use of the sauna is way off.....

The hotel room is basic and dated- a Hyatt or Marriott has same room amenities. The steam room is an extra charge of $25 which is ridiculous at a ski resort where people need this type of facility.
the carpet in room was dated and bathroom was 2nd rate. The hotel did not offer ski valet service near the Gondola like other similar hotels.
The biggest advantage is for owners who have access to lounge and other exclusive hospitality. The car service was nice, they did bring us to dinner one night.

Overall accommodations were very good, Service in the hotel very good as well, the only problem is dinning in Leonora Restaurant inside the hotel ugly experience in Service and food quality.
